dc.description.abstract	การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ พนักงานครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2559 โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 608-610) การสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามโรงเรียน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 259 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) จำนวน 44 ข้อ โดยมีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .43 - .87 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .89 ระดับ (Rating scale) จำนวน 44 ข้อ โดยมีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .43 - .87 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA)และทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีของ LSD ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการมีความคิดริเริ่ม ด้านการโน้มน้าวจิตใจ ด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ด้านการประสานงาน ด้านการเข้าสังคม ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ และด้านการู้จักปรับปรุงแก้ไข ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ และจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักการศึกษา เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรีจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการยอมรับนับถือ และด้านการเข้าสังคมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the leadership of school administrators under Bureau of Education Pattaya City in Chonburi Province as classified by gender, experience of work, and school size. The sample consisted of 259 teachers working in schools under Bureau of Education Pattaya city during the first semester of the 2018 academic year. Stratified Random Sampling technique was applied to identify the sample in this study. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5 point-rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics applied for this study include Mean , Standard Deviation, t-test, and One- way ANOVA and LSD. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The leadership of school administrators in schools under Bureau of Education Pattaya City in Chonburi Province, in overall and each aspect, was at a high level. 2. The leadership of school administrators under the bureau of education Pattaya city in Chonburi province as rated by teachers with different gender and those who work in the different size of school as a whole and each aspect showed no statistical significant difference. 3. The leadership of school administrators under the Bureau of education Pattaya city in Chonburi province as rated by teachers with different work experience as a whole and each aspect showed no statistical significant difference, except in the area of respect and socialization which were found statistically significantly at .05 level.
