dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารงานวิชาการและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียนปณิธานเด็กดี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี่ และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 608-610) ได้จำนวน 169 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาศึกษาตามแนวคิดภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ แบส (Bass,1990, หน้า 9-32) มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ .63 -.88 มีค่า ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ .63-.88 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Peason’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนปณิธานเด็กดี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระระดับมาก เรียงอันดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ และด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองในการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงอันดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัด ประเมิน และการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองโรงเรียนปณิธานเด็กดี กลุ่มส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงค่อนข้างสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the transformational leadership of the school administrators, parental satisfaction in academic administration and relationship between transformational leadership of school administration and parents satisfaction toward academic affair in private promotion sector under Pranakornsriayuthaya Education Province. The sample size was determined as suggested on Krejcie and Morgan’s sample table, and the research samples was 169 parents. Random sampling technique was employed in the study data collection instrument was a 5 point rating scale questionnaires asking questions about leadership change of educational administrators based on the concept of leadership change of Bassan. The item driscrimination power of this questionnaire was ranged between 0.63-0.88 and the overall reliability was 0.96. The set of questions about parental satisfaction in academic administration has the item driscrimination between .63-.88 and the overall of their reliability was 0.96. The data was analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, Peason's product moment correlation coefficient. The research found that 1. The overall and individual aspect of leadership transformation of school administrators were at a very high level, ranking from the highest to the lowest: motivational, taking individuality into consideration,the influence of ideology and intellectual stimulation. 2. The overall and individual aspect of parents' satisfaction in school administration were at a high level, ranking from the highest to the lowest: sort of ascending to descending order, the development of the curriculum, the development of learning processes in measurement and transfer of learning outcomes. 3. Regarding the relationship between transformational leadership of school administration and parents satisfaction toward academic affair in private education promotion sector under Phra Nakhon Sriayutthaya Educational Province, this study reports a positive relationship with the statistically significance at the 0.05 level. The relationship was found between a relatively moderate level to a high level.
