dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการบริหารความขัดแย้งภายในองค์การของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอ่างศิลาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ ในการปฏิบัติงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ซึ่งปฏิบัติในปีการศึกษา 2559 ของโรงเรียนอ่างศิลาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไป ตอนที่ 2 ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารความขัดแย้งภายในองค์การของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนอ่างศิลาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ .25-.79 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (µ ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) การทดสอบค่า Effect size (ES) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการบริหารความขัดแย้งภายในองค์การของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนอ่างศิลาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ การประนีประนอม การยอมให้ และการร่วมมือ ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารความขัดแย้งภายในองค์การของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอ่างศิลาพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 2.1 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและโดยด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงแตกต่างปานกลาง และด้านยอมให้แตกต่างน้อย 2.2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และ รายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเอาชนะ การร่วมมือ และการประนีประนอม แตกต่างน้อย

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study aimed to study conflict management strategies within the organization of the administrators of Angsilapittayakhom School, Mueang District, Chonburi, classified by gender and working experience. Population used in the research were 50 teachers and educational staffs in the academic year 2016 of Angsilapittayakhom School. The research instrument used in the research was the questionnaire on the personal information,and the opinions on the conflict management strategies within the organization of the administrators of Angsilapittayakhom School. The questionnaire consisted of 5 levels totally, 40 items, with the discriminative value of .25-.79 and the reliability of .96. The statistics for data analysis were as: Mean (μ), Standard Deviation (σ) Effect Size Test (ES). The research found that; 1. The conflict management strategies within the organization of the administrators of Angsilapittayakhom School; were at a moderate level, ranking from compromise, tolerance, and collaboration respectively. 2. The conflict management strategies within the organization of the administrators of Angsilapittayakhom School were that; 2.1 When classified by gender, both overall and each factors were not found different. Except an avoiding factor is moderately different and accommodation factor is slightly different. 2.2 When classified by working experience as overall factors were not found different. Except competition, collaboration and compromising were found slightly different.
