dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้เป็นพนักงานครู จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.23-0.82 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เมืองชลบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนที่มีความถี่สูงสุดในแต่ละด้านดังนี้ ด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ควรจัดให้มีเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ ควรจัดหาโปรแกรมกำจัดและป้องกันไวรัสที่ทันสมัย ด้านข้อมูล ควรจัดฝึกอบรมการประมวลผลข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้านกระบวนการ ควรส่งเสริมการนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และด้านบุคลากร ควรจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นสำหรับบุคลากร

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study problems and guidelines for information technology development of teachers in school under Muang Chonburi municipality. The sample consisted of 127 teachers. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with the power of discrimination between 0.23 and 0.82. The Coefficient Alpha was 0.96. The data was analyzed by frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation, independent samples t-test and One-way analysis of variance The results of the study were as follows: 1) Problems of using information technology of teachers in school under Muang Chonburi municipality was found at the moderate level. 2) There were no statistically significant differences regarding information technological programs rated among teacher with difference. 3) The guidelines for the development of information technology in schools were put in order as follows; Hardware: school should provide enough computers to use. Software: school should provide antivirus program up to date. Data: school should arrange some training course assisting teachers on data processing methods. Procedure: school should promote the was of computer in teaching and learning activities Peopleware: school should train teachers to know some fundamental knowledge and basic skills congeries computer application in Education to use computers primarily for personnel.
