dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ของบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดชลบุรี 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดชลบุรี ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ CSR จำนวน 121 คนด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำวน 76 ข้อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย สถิติทดสอบที (One sample T-test) และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดชลบุรีภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และภาวะผู้นำมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม

dc.description.abstractalternative	This Research aims to 1. Study the social environmental responsibility level of industrial companies in Chon Buri Province, and 2. Study relationship between leadership and the social and environmental responsibility level of industrial companies in Chon Buri Province. Quantitative research methodology was used. 121 people responsible for CSR were selected by stratified sampling method and they were asked with 5 rating scale questionnaire consisting of 76 items. The data were analyzed by One Sample t-test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study revealed that the overall social and environmental responsibility level of industrial companies in Chon Buri Province was in a hight level, and leadership was positively related to the social and environmental responsibility
