dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามสาขาวิชาที่จบการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดของโรงเรียน เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 608) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 118 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 57 ข้อ ซึ่งค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .27-.77 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้สอนกับครอบครัวของเด็ก ด้านบูรณาการเรียนรู้ ด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก ด้านการสร้างหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสม และด้านประเมินพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามสาขาวิชาที่จบการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน และขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ได้แก่ 1) จัดประสบการณ์ให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการวัย และพัฒนาการของเด็กและ มุ่งพัฒนาเด็กทั้งปกติ เด็กพิเศษ และเด็กด้อยโอกาส 2) จัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนองความต้องการ ความสนใจ และพัฒนาการของเด็กและจัดหาสื่ออุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมและเพียงพอต่อจำนวนเด็ก 3) จัดกิจกรรมให้เด็กได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริงและเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 4) จัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับวัยและพัฒนาการของเด็กเพื่อให้เด็กได้ปฏิบัติและเกิดการเรียนรู้ 5) จัดทำเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เพื่อประเมินพฤติกรรมของเด็กให้ครบทุกด้าน 6) ผู้สอนและผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาเด็กและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเด็ก

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to 1) study and compare problems of kindergarten management in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by fields of study, experiences of teachers, and school size, and 2) to study guidelines for the development of kindergarten management in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The sample consisted of 118 early childhood teachers working in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2017. The research instrument was a five-point-rating scale questionnaire, containing 57 items. The item rating discrimination is between .27-.77 and the alpha coefficient of the reliability was .98. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results of this research were as follows. 1. The problems for Early Childhood Educational management in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall and each aspect was at the medium level. The rankings from the high to the low mean scores are 1) the activities aiming at children learning development 2) the relationship between teachers and family of children, 3) the learning integration, 4) the learning environment, 5) developing a great curriculum, 6) the evaluation of the children’s development and learning. 2. The comparison of teachers’ opinion concerning problems in managing kindergarten under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by fields of study, experiences of the teachers, and school size shows no statistically significant difference. 3. Guidelines for the development of kindergarten management in schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 include 1) The provision of learning promoting activities to suitable with desire of childhood and development, 2) improving learning environment which could suit with students’ interests and provide enough media and equipment to promote children’s learning, 3) organizing some learning activities which allow children to learn from their own experience, 4) ensuring that all activities are arranged base on their stage of learning and development, 5) developing some tools to measure and monitor children’s behaviors and development, 6) enconraging teaches and parents to take part in developing children and share information about children to each other.
