dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา และระยอง จำนวน 300 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster rando sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้เป็นแบบปรนัยเลือกตอบ แบบทดสอบทัศคติและการปฏิบัติเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนให้ค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ 1. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุชภาพผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อยู่ในระดับสูง นักเรียนหญิงและนักเรียนชายมีความรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 2. ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง นักเรียนหญิงและนักเรียนชายมีทัศนคติแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. การปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 อยู่ในระดับดี นักเรียนหญิงและนักเรียนชายมีการปฏิบัติที่ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับ การดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 พบว่า ความรู้และทัศนคติ มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางลบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001	th

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study of comparison in students' s knowledge, attitude and practice of health care in elderly people is conducted in 330, grade 6 students from school in Department of General Education of Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Rayong Provinces. The sample are selected by cluster random sampling and the information is collected by 2 types of questionnaire. The multiple choices questioners are used for knowledge section and the rating scale questionnaire are used in the others two sections. The data are analyzed in terms of percentage, mathematics mean, standard deviation, T-test and correlation ecoefficiency. Results of the research show that 1. Level of the knowledge is high. It is 0.001 statistical significant difference between boys and girls in knowledge of health care in elderly people. 2. Level of the attitude is medium. It is 0.05 statistical significant difference between boys and girls in attitude of health care in elderly people. 3. Level of practice in health care in elderly people is good. There is no statistical significant difference at 0.05 level between boys and girls of practice in health care in elderly people. 4. For the relation among knowledge, attitude and practice in health care in elderly people, the research reveal that it is negative relation between knowledge and attitude at 0.001 statistical significant level with 0.05 levels between knowledge and practice. In contrary, it is positive relation between attitude and practice at 0.001 statistical significant level.	en
