dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนกลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ ขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนกลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 ซึ่งได้มาจากตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-609) จำนวน 143 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามขนาดของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก รายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .75-.76 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .76 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าสถิติที (t-test) และการทดสอบ ค่าสถิติเอฟ (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โรงเรียนกลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นของคุณลักษณะ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 3. ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดของสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นของคุณลักษณะ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study and compare characteristics of school administrators in 21st century in Khokaw group school under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, educational background, working experience and school size. The sample group consisted of 143 teachers in Khokaw group schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Stratified random sampling was used to identify samples in this study. The research instrument was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire with the discrimination power of .75-.76 and reliability of .76. The data were analyzed using Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), Independent samples (t-test), and One-way ANOVA The results of the study were as follows: 1. The eharacteristics of school administrators in Khokaw group school under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 overall and individual aspect, were at a high level. 2. The academic administration of the schoolad ministrators according to dender and work experience of the samples were not statistically significant in different. 3. Educational background and school size showed statistically significant difference at .05 level.
