dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและความคาดหวังของครูต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 165 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจ จำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .22-.88 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยม เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความคาดหวังของครูต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ความคาดหวังของครูต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนระยองวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the existing situation and expectation of teachers toward academic administration of Rayongwittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 classified by gender, education degree and working experience. The sample consisted of 165 teachers in the Rayongwittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in the academic year 2016. The data collection instrument was a 5-poing rating scale questionnaire, with the item discrimination power between .22 and .88, the reliability coefficient of .96. The data was analyzed by percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test Independent and One-way Analysis of Variance. The results of this research were as follows: 1. The existing situation of academic administration of Rayongwittayakom Schol under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, both overall and individual aspect was at a high level. 2. The expectation of teacher toward academic administration of Rayongwittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, both overall and individual aspect was at the highest level. 3. The existing situation of academic administration of Rayongwittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 classified by gender, education degree and working experience found no statistically significant difference. 4. The expectation of teacher toward academic administration of Rayongwittayakom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 classified by gender, education degree and working experience found no statistically significant difference.
