dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงาน วิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 4 อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตาม เพศ ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของกลุ่ม โรงเรียนบางละมุง 4 ในปีการศึกษา 2560 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 86 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น(Stratified random sampling) ตามขนาดของโรงเรียนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Likert scale) ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .73 ถึง .97โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD)การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 4 อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ดังนี้ การนิเทศการศึกษาการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และการวัดผลประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน 2. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 4 อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 4 อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ได้มีดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาควรมีการประชุมวางแผนร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหาร คณะครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนจัดการเรียนรู้ควรจัดให้มีการประเมินและปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยี เพื่อการศึกษาควรสนับสนุน งบประมาณในการจัดทำสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ควรจัดให้มีการประชุมร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหารและครู เพื่อกำหนดระเบียบแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการวัดผล ประเมินผลของสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษาควรปรับปรุงข้อมูลสารสนเทศและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อให้มีความพร้อม ในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนการสอนด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ควรดำเนินการจัดตั้งและพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาส่งเสริมให้ครูทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research were to study problems and solution concerning academic administration in the Banglamung cluster 4, Banlamung district Chonburi Province under Chonburi primary Education Service Area Office 3 the research sample was teachers and educational personnels working in schools in Banglamung4 Cluster in the 2017 school year. The research sample size was determined as suggested in Krejcie and Morgan’ Table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610). The research sample was 86 people. Stratified random sampling based on the size of school was applied. The research instrument was a Likert Scale questionnaire. The discriminative power of this questionnaire was between .73-.97. The reliability of this questionnaire was .99. The statistics used in this research were Percentage, Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-Way ANOVA, andMultiple comparison test (Scheffe's method) The research results were: 1. The problems and solutions in concerning academic administration in schools Banglamung cluster 4 Banlamung district Chonburi Province under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was a a moderate level in overall and individual aspect. Descending the average scores; there were educational supervision, material innovation and technology development for education, evaluation and assessment and credit transfer. 2. The problems and solutions concerning academic administration in shhools in Banglamung cluster 4, Banlamung district Chonburi province under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3 classified by gender showed no statistically significant difference. Also when classified by the sizes of school, this study showed no statistically significant difference in overall and individual aspect. However, the school curriculum development aspect and educational supervision aspect revealed statistically significant differences at .05 level. Again, there was no statistically significant difference in overall and individual aspect in the answer given among the samples with different work experience. 3. The guidelines for the development of the academic administration in the Banglamung cluster 4, Banlamung district Chonburi province under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3 are; the school curriculum development aspect, schools should have a meeting between the administrators, teachers, and the school committee. The development of learning process aspects; Schools should provide assessment and evaluation for the teaching process development. The material innovation and technology development for education aspect; schools should support the budget for creating material, innovation, and technology for education. The evaluation and assessment and credit transfer aspect; schools should hold the meeting between the administrators and the teachers to determine the practical guidelines for the school’s evaluation and assessment. The educational supervision aspect; schools should improve the information and do the data analysis to be ready for the teaching process. The learning resources centers development aspect; schools should establish and develop the learning resources centers together with developing the knowledge of researching for educational quality development. Finally, schools should encourage the teachers to do the research for educational quality development in every subject.
