dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนา การทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โรงเรียนศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศวุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน กลุ่มศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา จำนวน 108 คน โดยใช้เกณฑ์กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-608) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษารวมทั้งสิ้น 108 คน ใช้วิธี การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย แบบสอบถามบทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนา การทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .25-.85 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โรงเรียนกลุ่มศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โรงเรียน ศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการสร้างความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. เปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โรงเรียน ศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการสื่อสารระหว่างกัน แบบเปิดเผย และด้านการปรึกษาหารือกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. เปรียบเทียบบทบาทผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โรงเรียน ศูนย์ภัทรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of school administrators in developing teacher teamwork schools under Pattaraburrapa School Cluster under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The opinions concerning the roles of school administrators were classified by gender, educational level and school size. The research samples were 108 terchers of Pattaraburrapa School Cluster under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office using the criterion sample size of Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-608). The questionnaire with discrimination power between. 25-.85 and reliability of .96 was used. The data was analyzed by the means of percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. The results of this research revealed as follows: 1. The role of school administrators in developing teacher teamwork at schools under Pattaraburrapa school cluster under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, overall and each aspect were found at a high level. 2. The comparison between the roles of school administrators in developing teacher teamwork at schools under Pattaraburrapa school cluster as classified by sex as a whole and all aspects. were not statistically significant, difference However in the area of trust development, this study reported a statistically significant deference at .05 level 3. The comparisons between the role of school administrators in teacher teamwork at schools under Pattaraburrapa school cluster under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office as classified by educational level, overall and individual aspect Reported a statistically significant difference at .05 level. How every in the area of Interpersonal communication and consultative showed no stalistically difference. 4. The comparisons between the role of school administrators in furthering teacher teamwork development at schools under Pattaraburrapa school cluster under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office as classified by school size, overall and individual aspect were statistically significant at .05 level.
