dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตาม เพศ เกรดเฉลี่ย และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนของครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยใช้เกณฑ์กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) และดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยแบ่งตามระดับชั้นปีการศึกษาได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้รวมทั้งสิ้น 148 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 23 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก อยู่ระหว่าง .22-.49 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .81 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าวิกฤตที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธี ของ Scheffe' ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การตัดสินใจในการเข้าศึกษาต่อของนิสิตสาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อเรียงจากค่ามากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านการยอมรับในสถาบัน ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายทางการศึกษา และด้านความมั่นคงก้าวหน้า 2. เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อ ระดับปริญญาตรีของนิสิต สาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตามเพศโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านความมั่นคงก้าวหน้า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อ ระดับปริญญาตรีของนิสิต สาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตามเกรดเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. เปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาต่อ ระดับปริญญาตรีของนิสิต สาขาวิชารัฐศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำแนกตามรายได้ของครอบครัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านค่าใช่จ่ายทางการศึกษา มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพบว่า นิสิตที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยของครอบครัว ต่อเดือน มากกว่า 40,001 บาท ขึ้นไป มีแรงจูงใจในการตัดสินใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study and compare students’ decision regarding studying a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha Universityas classified by gender, GPA, and monthly average income of family. The sample used in this study was 148 students. The criteria used to determine the size of the sample was suggested based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The instrument used in this research was a five-point scale questionnaire. The item discriminative power of this questionnaire was between .22-.49 and its reliability was .81. The statistics used to analyze the data were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' s test. This study revealed that: 1. Students’ decision regarding studying a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University, as a whole and each aspect, was at a high level. The top 3 reasons for choosing to study this program were: Acceptance in institutions, Education expenses, and Job security and career development. 2. Students’ motivation for choosing to study a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University as classified by gender, as a whole and each aspect, showed no statistical significant difference: except in the area of job security and career development which was found statistically significantly at .05 levels. 3. Students’ decision regarding studying a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University as classified by GPA, as a whole and each aspect, showed no statistical significant difference. 4. Students’ decision regarding studying a Bachelor degree at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University as classified by monthly average income of family, as a whole and each aspect, showed no statistically significance: except in the area of education expenses which found statistically significantly different at .05 levels. It was found that the students with the average monthly income over 40,001 baht had a significant motivation to study at .05 levels.
