dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับความสุขในการทำงานของครู โรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ๔ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพสมรส ระยะทางในการเดินทางมาโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ๔ ปีการศึกษา 2559 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgen, 1970, p. 608) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 74 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความสุขในการทำงานของครู ลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) จำนวน 45 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .25-.67 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่(Scheffe’) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสุขในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ๔ สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น ด้านฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสุขภาพ และ ด้านงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านค่านิยมส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพื่อนและสังคมรอบด้าน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ของคนในครอบครัว ด้านความมีอิสรภาพส่วนบุคคล ด้านสุขภาพ ด้านงาน และด้านฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทำงานของครู โรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ๔ สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานะภาพสมรส โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ในด้านสุขภาพ และด้านความสัมพันธ์ของคนในครอบครัว จำแนกตามระยะทางในการเดินทางมาโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านความสัมพันธ์ของคนในครอบครัว แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่มีระยะทางในการเดินทางมาโรงเรียน 15-30 กิโลเมตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าครูที่มีระยะทางในการเดินทางมาโรงเรียนมากกว่า 30 กิโลเมตร และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the teachers’ happiness at work in Bodindacha (Sing Singhasanee) 4 school district under the Secondary Educational Service area office 2 classified by marital status, travelling distance to school and work experiences. The research sample consisted of 74 teacher, in Bodindecha (Sing Singhasanee) 4 School in academic year 2016. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample size Table. The tool for collecting data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire on teachers’ happiness at work containing 45 items. The item discriminative power of all questions in the questionnaire was between .25-.67 and its reliability was .93. The statistics used were Mean, Standard Deviation, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe paired comparison test. The result of the research were as follow. 1. The teachers’ happiness at work in Bodindecha (Sing Singhasanee) 4 School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 as a whole and each aspect was at the high level, except in the area of economy, health and work which were at the moderate level. The aspects of teachers’ happiness could be arranged in descending order 1) personal values, 2) friends, 3) society, 4) family relationship, 5) independence, 6) health, 7) work and economy. 2. The comparison of the teachers’ happiness at work in Bodindecha (Sing Singhasanee) 4 School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by marital status as a whole and each aspect was significantly difference at the statistical level of .05. Health and family relationships classified by travelling distance to school as a whole and each aspect were not significantly difference, except in the area of family relationship which was statistically significant difference at .05 level. Furthermore, this study report that teachers who have to travel to school for 15-30 kilometers had a higher satisfaction at work than teachers travelling for more than 30 kilometers. There was no statistical significant difference concerning teachers’ happiness of teachers in terms of year of experience.
