dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนา การบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวนทั้งหมด 34 ข้อ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อของแบบสอบถามมีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง .23 - .75 และค่าความเชื่อมันของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์การศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศของครูผู้สอนทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 3. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามรูปแบบการจัดชั้นเรียนทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ 4. ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่าโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 พบว่าด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ประชุมวางแผนร่วมกันระหว่างผู้บริหารครูและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จากวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมายและเป้าประสงค์ของสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ จัดอบรมครู เกี่ยวกับการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แก่ครูผู้สอนตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียน จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้ได้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวิธีและขั้นตอนการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา จัดอบรมครูเกี่ยวกับการวิจัยเพื่อคุณภาพการศึกษาในแต่ละกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยี จัดให้มีการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อจัดการเรียนการสอน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study problems and guidelines for the development of development for the management academic affairs of small schools under the Office Rayong Primary Education Service Area 2. The samples in this study were 132 teachers in small schools under Rayong Primary Education Area Office 2. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 34 questions with the item discriminative power between .23 - .75 and a confidence level of .97. Statistics used in data analysis include average score ( ) Standard Deviation (SD), t-test and One-way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows. 1. Problems concerning the management of academic affairs of the small schools under the Office Rayong Primary Education Service Area 2 was found at a moderate level. 2. The comparison of problems concerning the management of academic affairs of the small schools under the Office Rayong Primary Education Service Area 2, classified by gender of teachers, showed no statistical significant difference 3. When compared problems for academic affairs of the small schools under the Office Rayong Primary Education Service Area 2, as a whole and in 2 aspects, by model of classrooms, they were not different 4. When compared problems for academic affairs of the small schools under the Office Rayong Primary Education Service Area 2, as a whole and in 3 aspects, by experience of teachers, they were not different When considering each side it is found that development of learning process and evaluation were different at .05 level. 5. Suggestions for the development of the management of academic administration of the small schools under the Office of Rayong Primary Education Area 2 were Curriculum development that a joint planning meeting between the administrators, the teachers and the school board to develop the curriculum from the vision, mission, goals and goals of the school. Development of learning process that organize teacher training on writing lesson plans for teachers. Evaluation, evaluation and transfer of results that organize workshops to gain knowledge understanding how and how to measure and evaluate. Research for quality education that organize teacher training about research for quality education in each subject. Development of media, innovation and technology provides an analysis of the need for using media and technology for teaching and learning.
