dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหา สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในโรงเรียนวัดพลา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนวัดพลา ทั้งหมด 20 คน สัมภาษณ์หมดทุกคนโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของคณะครูโรงเรียนวัดพลา พบว่า มีปัญหาคือ ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ (Software) โปรแกรมไม่ครอบคลุมกับงานที่ทำ ต้องใช้หลายโปรแกรมในการช่วยทำงาน และบางโปรแกรมไม่สมบูรณ์ มีปัญหาเรื่องไวรัส เนื่องจากขาดความรู้ในการป้องกันและ ใช้โปรแกรมกำจัดไวรัส ด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ (Hardware) เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงเรียนวัดพลา มีไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน และหลายเครื่องเป็นรุ่นเก่า ไม่ได้ซ่อมบำรุงให้ใช้ได้ ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตไม่ทั่วถึง ด้านบุคลากร (Peopleware) ยังขาดความเข้าใจในการใช้โปรแกรมต่าง ๆ และครูอายุมาก ไม่ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการสอน ด้านฐานข้อมูล (Database) การจัดเก็บยังไม่สมบูรณ์ ข้อมูลไม่เป็นหมวดหมู่ การเข้าถึงน้อยและไม่มีการสำรองข้อมูล 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของคณะครูโรงเรียนวัดพลา ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ (Software) จัดหาโปรแกรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพมาใช้ อบรมการใช้โปรแกรมต่าง ๆ ในการทำงาน ติดตั้งโปรแกรมไวรัสและอบรมการใช้โปรแกรมป้องกันและกำจัดไวรัส ด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ (Hardware) ประสานกับหน่วยงานอื่นของบประมาณสนับสนุนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ติดตั้งจุดกระจายสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตเพิ่มเติมให้ครอบคลุมทั่วโรงเรียน ด้านบุคลากร (Peopleware) ฝึกอบรมการแก้ไขปัญหาคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นให้กับคณะครู ด้านระบบเครือข่าย (Database) แต่งตั้งเจ้าหน้าที่จัดการฐานข้อมูลในด้านต่าง ๆ ให้เป็นระบบ เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และจัดหาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับสำรองข้อมูล

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the problems and development of information technology in Watphala School under the Office of Rayong Primary Education Area 1, the design of this study was qualitative. Data was collected through structured interviews. There were 20 key informants who were teachers at Watphala School. Data was analyzed through the technique called “Content Analysis” Research findings were as follows. 1. The problems of information technology usage of the teachers at Wat Phala School were the software problems such as the program does not cover the work field, too many programs are required and some programs are expired or incomplete to use and computer virus problems ascribable the lack of knowledge in the prevention and use of virus removal programs. The Computer hardware problems such as the computers are not enough to use, many of them are old and unusable, Internet system is not cover and unstable. The user errors problems such as the users still lack understanding of the usage of programs and devices. And the database problems such as storage are incomplete, hard to access and no backup system. 2. The guidelines for the development of information technology usage of the teachers of Watphala School are 1) providing the needed effective programs and run them completely, 2) creating the simple quick guide start and train how to use the needed programs for starter users, 3) coordinating with other agencies for educational budget support to fix the usable devices and set up stable Wireless Internet and the router access point to cover the area, 4) having basic computer troubleshooting training for teachers and appointment the skillful to manage and organize database system easy to access and provide the computer to backup the data.
