dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการบริหารและปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนการสอนของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการบริหารและปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนการสอนกับประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการบริหารและปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนการสอน ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก จากปัจจัยด้านการบริหารและปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ในเขตภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson correlation coefficien) และสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (Multiple correlation analysis) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารและปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรการเรียนการสอนของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ภาคตะวันออก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารกับประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม (X3) การมีส่วนร่วม (X4) ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (Y) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยเรียงลำดับจาก มากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วม (X4) การทำงานเป็นทีม (X3) ตามลำดับ 5. ปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (X4) ปัจจัยด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม (X3) สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผล ของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (Y) มีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.6 โดยสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้ = .012 + .213 (X3) + .743 (X4) หรือในรูปสมการคะแนนมาตรฐาน = .217 (X3) + .944 (X4)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study effectiveness of special Education center in eastern region, educational administration and teaching learning instructional resources factor of special education center in eastern region, correlation between administration and teaching learning instructional resources of special education center in eastern region, administration and teaching learning instructional resources factor effecting effectiveness of special education center in eastern region and create a predictive equation effectiveness of special education center in eastern region from administration and teaching learning instructional resources factor. The sample used in the study consisted of 132 teachers in special education center in eastern region The instruments used for the data collecting was a checklist questionnaires and a five leveled rating scale questionnaire. The statistics utilized in analyzing the data were arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation, multiple regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of the research indicate as follows: 1. Effectiveness of special education center in eastern region, overall and specifically, were rated at a medium level. 2. Administration and teaching learning instructional resources factors, in overall were at medium level. 3. Administration and teaching learning instructional resources factor, Correlation with effectiveness of special education center in the eastern region were found significantly at .05 level. 4. Team working (X3), Participation (X4). affecting effectiveness of special education center in eastern region (Y), were found significantly at .05 level. 5. Team working (X3), Participation (X4) were the best predictors of the effectiveness of special education center in eastern region (Y) with 84.6 percent that could be written in the form of follows equation is: = .012 + .213 (X3) + .743 (X4) or in the standard equation below. = .217 (X3) + .944 (X4)
