dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดแหลมแค สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน จำนวน 165 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดแหลมแค ตามความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ น้ำหนักคะแนน และลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดแหลมแค สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ซึ่งสามารถเรียงคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ คือ ด้านบริการนักเรียน ด้านสัมพันธ์ชุมชน ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน และด้านสภาพแวดล้อม 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน วัดแหลมแค สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาของผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน อาชีพของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และอายุของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. แนวทางการความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนวัดแหลมแค สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 พบว่า 3.1 ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม โรงเรียนควรจัดอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมและเอื้อต่อการเรียนการสอนเพียงพอแก่นักเรียน มีห้องน้ำห้องส้วมที่สะอาด และถูกสุขลักษณะอย่างเพียงพอ 3.2 ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยมุ่งเน้นให้นักเรียนมีความรู้ความสามารถ ใน 5 สาระการเรียนรู้หลัก ได้แก่ วิชาภาษาไทย วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และวิชาสังคม 3.3 ด้านการบริการนักเรียน ครูมีความมุ่งมั่นและอุทิศตนในการสอน และพัฒนาผู้เรียน อย่างสม่ำเสมอ 3.4 ด้านสัมพันธ์ชุมชน โรงเรียนเผยแพร่ข้อมูลการศึกษาให้ครู บุคลากร และผู้ปกครองทราบ จัดบริการเอกสารอย่างรวดเร็วแก่ผู้ที่มาติดต่อ แจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารนักเรียนถึงผู้ปกครองทราบ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to investigate parents’ expectation towards educational management of Wadlaemkhae School under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Are Office 2. The sample consisted of 165 parents. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire was an instrument used for data collection on parents’ expectation. Mean, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA were statistical devices for the data analysis. Also, frequency, weighted score and ranking were employed for information analysis on guidelines for educational management of Wadlaemkhae School according to parents’ expectation. The findings were as follows: 1. The level of parents’ expectation towards educational management of Wadlaemkhae School under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole, was found at a high level. On consideration for each particular aspect, all the four aspects were rated at a high level. Ranked from more to less average scores were the aspects of student services, community relations, instructional experiences and activities, and environment. 2. On the comparison of parents’ expectation towards educational management of Wadlaemkhae School under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as classified by parents’ educational level, occupation and age, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, no statistically significant differences were found. 3. Guidelines of parents’ expectation towards educational management of Wadlaemkhae School under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, were as the following: 3.1 In the aspect of environment: school buildings and ground and environment should be in appropriate condition which is sufficient and facilitates the teaching and learning; and enough number of clean and hygienic toilets should be provided. 3.2 In the aspect of instructional experiences and activities: instruction should be focused on students’ knowledge of and abilities in the 5 main strands, for instance, Thai Language, Mathematics, Science, English Language, and Social Studies. 3.3 In the aspect of student services: teachers should have intention and devotion in their teaching for learners’ continual development. 3.4 In the aspect of community relations: educational information should be disseminated to teachers, school personnel and parents; quick information service should be provided to those who come for contact; and parents should be regularly informed of their students’ information.
