dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วม และแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการของโรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์กับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน กรรมการสถานศึกษา ผู้นำท้องถิ่น และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 20 คน และผู้เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 เกี่ยวกับการแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการของโรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์กับชุมชน และส่วนที่ 2 เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการของโรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์กับชุมชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการของโรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์กับชุมชน แสดงให้เห็นการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่า มีวิธีการการมีส่วนร่วม 7 ประการ ดังนี้ 1) การค้นหาปัญหาและสาเหตุตลอดจนความต้องการ 2) การวางแผนดำเนินงาน 3) การตัดสินใจ 4) การปฏิบัติการ 5) การติดตาม และประเมินผล 6) การเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงาน และ 7) การสนับสนุนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการที่ทำให้การมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการพัฒนาวิชาการมีประสิทธิผล 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน คณะครูต้องทำความเข้าใจ และพร้อมให้ความร่วมมือ ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผู้บริหารควรนิเทศติดตาม รวมทั้งมีการประชุมคณะกรรมการร่วมกันวางแผนการดำเนินงาน มีการปรับกระบวนทัศน์เชิงรุก โดยให้ผู้ปกครอง มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ เพิ่มเติมสื่อการเรียนการสอนทางด้านเทคโนโลยีรวมทั้งมีการติดตามการนิเทศคณะครูอยู่สม่ำเสมอ และการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานโรงเรียนให้มีความหลากหลาย

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research has an objective to study participation and the development of community participation in cooperative participation of academic development between Watsawangarom school and the local community under The Chon buri educational service area office 3. The representative samples were teachers, board of education, local leaders and parents. The total number of participants was twenty. The proponents of participatory development were three experts. The in-depth interview tool was divided into two parts. The first part was expressing opinions about cooperation in the academic development between Watsawangarom school and the local community. The second part was the development of community participation for collaborative cooperation in the academic development between Watsawangarom school and the local community. The research found that 1. Community participation in collaborative development between Watsawangarom school and local community demonstrate that the involvement of the community and those involved. There are seven ways to participate: 1) finding the problem and its causes and needs 2) planning the work 3) decision 4) Action 5) monitoring and evaluation 6) publicity of contributions and 7) support of local wisdom. This is the way to make the participation between school and local community in academic development effective. 2. Guidelines for the development of community participation, teachers must endeavor to grasp and ready to cooperate in teaching management. Directors should monitor teaching management. There is also a joint committee meeting to plan the implementation. There is an aggressive paradigm shift by allowing parents to participate in decision-making. Teachers have more teaching materials in technology. As well as being tracked supervision of teachers is consistent and publicity of the school's work is diverse.
