dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling)) โดยใช้ระดับการศึกษาเป็นชั้นในการสุ่ม จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 35 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .20 - .91 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การบริการวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา ได้แก่ การวิจัย การผลิตบัณฑิต การทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม และการบริหารจัดการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ 2. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยบุคลากรที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาเอก มีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามากกว่าระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาตรี ตามลำดับ 4. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตบางพระ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น ด้านการบริการวิชาการ ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 7 ปี ขึ้นไปมีส่วนร่วมมากกว่าบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานน้อยกว่า 3 ปี และ 3-6 ปี ตามลำดับ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study and compare the participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance of people working for Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok Bangpra Campus as classified by gender and levels of education. The sample in this study was 200 people working for the university. Stratified random sampling technique was used to identify the participants in this study. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire asking 35 questions surveying the participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance. The questionnaire has its item discriminating power between .20-.91. The reliability of this questionnaire was .97. The statistical methods used in this study were Average (x), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's method of multiple comparison test. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. The participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance of people working for Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok Bangpra Campus was at a moderate level. When examining each aspect, the first four highest score included 1) the academic services, 2) produce graduates, 3) maintaining arts and culture, and 4) management. 2. When examining the participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance of people working for Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok Bangpra Campus as classified by gender of the participants, this study reported no statistical significantly difference in general and each dimension. 3. When examining levels participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance of people working for Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok Bangpra Campus as classified by levels of education, this study in general reported statistical significantly difference at 0.5 level, except in the area regarding maintaining arts and culture which showed no statistically significantly difference. This study also found that participants graduating Ph.D or Doctoral level participated more than Master degree or Bachelor degree graduates. 4. When examining levels participation in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance of people working for Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok Bangpra Campus as classified working experiences, this study reported no statistical significantly difference both in general and each dimension. This excludes the area of management which showed statistically significantly difference at 0.5 level. This result of this revealed that participants working over 7 years participated in in working to achieve the criteria of educational quality assurance more than those who work less than 3 years and 3 to 6 years accordingly.
