dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดําเนินงานและแนวทางพัฒนาการดําเนินงานระบบดูแล ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยจําแนกตามระดับชั้นที่ปรึกษาขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์การทํางานของครูที่ปรึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating sacale) มี 5 ระดับ จํานวน 25 ข้อ ซึ่งมีค่าอํานาจจําแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .24-.75 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .90 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูที่ปรึกษาของโรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จํานวน 113 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe') ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของ โรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จําแนกตามระดับชั้นที่ปรึกษา และประสบการณ์การทํางานของครูที่ปรึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 3. การดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จําแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการป้องกันและการแก้ไขปัญหา แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาการดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอพานทอง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลครูที่ปรึกษา ควรเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนครบทุกคนด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ควรแยกนักเรียนออกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มเสี่ยง และกลุ่มมีปัญหา ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน ควรจัดกิจกรรมประชุมผู้ปกครองชั้นเรียน เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจอันดีให้กับผู้ปกครองในการดําเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหาควรจัดหาทุนการศึกษา เพื่อสนับสนุนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียนที่มีปัญหาด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน ควรประสานงานกับชุมชน หน่วยงาน และองค์กรต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ปัญหาขั้นรุนแรง ตามลําดับ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research is to study operations and guidance for development of students’ caring system of schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The investigation was classified by levels of classes assisted, sizes of school, and experiences of guidance teachers. The data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating scale questionnaire containing 25 questions. Its item discriminating power was between.24-.75. The reliability was .90. The sample in this study was 113 advisors working in schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The statistical methods used in this study included Average ( X ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test,One-way ANOVA and analysis of covariance. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. The operation of students’ caring system of schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was showed in a high level both in general and each aspect. 2. The operation of students’ caring system of schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by levels of classes assistedand experiences of guidance teachers showed no statistical difference. 3. The operation of students’ caring system of schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by levels of classes assistedand experiences of guidance teachers showed statically significantly difference both in general and each aspect at .05 level. This excepted the areas regarding prevention and solving problem which showed no statistical difference. 4. Guidance for development of students’ caring system of schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 including 1) teachers should pay a visit to students’ houses to meet students’ parents, 2) Students should be divided into 3 groups: normal group, students in risk, and students which have problems, 3) Teachers should have a meeting with parents to maintain a good relationship and work collaborately with parents in looking after students, 4) teachers should cooperate with community and outside organizations in case there are some serious cases or further assistances are needed.
