dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการนิเทศการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนละแมวิทยา อำเภอละแม จังหวัดชุมพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างของKrejcie and Morgan (1970, p. 607-610) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 59 คน ดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามประสบการณ์การทำงานก่อนทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Sample random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการศึกษาวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .45-.81 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนชนิดทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีของ LSD (Least significant difference) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัญหาการนิเทศการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนละแมวิทยา อำเภอละแม จังหวัดชุมพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการนิเทศการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนละแมวิทยา ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันมีปัญหาโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จำแนกตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่แตกต่างกัน มีปัญหาโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการนิเทศการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนละแมวิทยา ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ควรจัดการอบรมเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดการประชุมสัมมนา เทคนิคการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้กับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ด้านสื่อการสอนที่ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดการอบรมเกี่ยวกับสื่อการสอนให้กับครูผู้สอน และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ควรจัดการอบรมด้านการวัดและประเมินผลให้กับครูผู้สอน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study problems and guideline for instructional supervision development in Lamaewittay School, Lame district, Chomporn province under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11. The results were reported according to opinions shared by samples as classified by their work experience and different academic group. The sample in this study was 59 teachers in Lamaewittay School. The number of sample was consulted by the Krejcie and Morgan’s table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 607). Stratified random sampling technique was used to identify the participants in this study. Data collection instrument in this study was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire asking 40 questions about ways administrators exercise their power. Statistics mainly used in this study was Pearson product moment. The item discriminative power in this questionnaire was between .45-.81 and its reliability of the whole questionnaire was .97. Statistics used in this study included Average ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way and ANOVA and LSD (Least significant different). The research reached the following conclusions: 1. Teachers of Lamaewittay School, Lame district, Chomporn province under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 experienced problems concerning instructional supervision at a moderate level. 2. The comparison of problems concerning instructional supervision as classified by work experience showed no statistical significant difference both in general and each aspect. However, teachers teaching in different academic groups reported statistically significantly difference at 0.05 level. 3. Guidances for instructional supervision development in Lamaewittay School included arranging some curriculum training programmes to ensure teachers good understanding about the curriculum, 2 ) arranging seminars suggesting teachers and whom it may concern some teaching or activity based teaching techniques, 3) organizing some training about teaching material development and 4) training some evaluation and measurement courses for the school teachers
