dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนในกลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 71 คน โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนครูที่ปรึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 34 ข้อ ที่มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง .21 - .87 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .91 และสอบถามแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบจัดอันดับความสำคัญ (Rank order) จำนวน 5 ข้อ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาคำตอบในการวิจัยและทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t–test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) กรณีที่พบความแตกต่างใช้การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) คำสำคัญ: ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า คำสำคัญ: 1. ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มอำเภอนิคมพัฒนา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายข้อสามอันดับแรกได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ปัญหาด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และปัญหาด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน คำสำคัญ: 2. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำแนกตามระดับชั้นของครูที่ปรึกษานั้น โดยรวม และด้านการการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล และด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ถึงประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 มีปัญหาน้อยกว่าระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึงมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ปรึกษาพบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในทุกด้าน คือครูที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่า 5 ปีจะมีปัญหาแตกต่างมากกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์มาก คำสำคัญ: 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนควรให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องต่างๆ สามอันดับแรก ได้แก่ สนับสนุนงบประมาณในการเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียน ผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญ ในการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และการอบรมและพัฒนาครูให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และเทคนิควิธีในระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this study were to study and compare the problems of the development of student caring system of school in Amphur Nikhompattana Under Rayong Primary Educational Service. The sample used in this research was composed of 71 consultan teacher determined by using Krejcie and Morgan Table and utilized Stratified Random Sampling technique to the proportion of mentor teachers. The research instruments used were five raiting scale questionnaires with 34 item. IF had discrimination power between 0.21 and 0.87, the reliability coefficient of 0.91, For guided solution for improvement of student caring system is rank order with 5 items was applied. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA with Scheffé's method. คำสำคัญ: The research findings were as follows. คำสำคัญ: 1. Problems and guided solution for improvement of student caring system of school in Amphur Nikhompattana Under Rayong Primary Educational serviec as a whole as well as each aspect were at moderate level. When classified the top three they were; the problem of student identification, prevent and solve student and promoting students. คำสำคัญ: 2. Comparing the problems of the development of student caring system of school classified by level of advisory teachers, it was found that student identification and subsequently submit student were different with statistically significant level of .05 and Prathom Suksa 5 to Prathomsuksa 6 teachers had less problems than grade 1 to grade 3. When classified by the experience of the advisory teachers the problem were different with statistically significant level of .05 and a teacher with less than 5 years experience had a different problem from a very experienced teacher. คำสำคัญ: 3. The approach to developing student support systems should focus on the following three priorities: providing budget for home visit, developing student support system, teachers to have the knowledge, skills and techniques in the student caring system.
