dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่มีต่อการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม ประจำปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาเป็นฉบับสมบูรณ์จำนวน 98 ชุด (ร้อยละ 90.74) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Xˉ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. วัฒนธรรมองค์การของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคมโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (Xˉ = 4.54) ความเอื้ออาทร (Xˉ = 4.17) และความหลากหลายของบุคลากร (Xˉ = 4.09) ตามลำดับ 2. องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน (Xˉ = 4.15) ด้านแบบแผนความคิดอ่าน (Xˉ = 4.05) ด้านความคิดเชิงระบบ (Xˉ = 4.04) ตามลำดับ 3. วั ฒนธรรมองค์การกับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม พบว่าโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูงสุดกับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันมากที่สุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านความไว้วางใจ (r = .80)ความเอื้ออาทร (r = .79) และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต (r = .78) ตามลำดับ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study organizational culture and learning organization, as well as analyzing the relationship of organizational culture to learning organization of Bangbowittayakhom School under The Secondary Educational Service Office 6. Data in this research was collected through questionnaires for 108 teachers in Bangbowittayakhom School. The sample group, however, returned 98 questionnaires (percentage 90.74) to the researcher. Statistics used in data analysis include means ( ), standard deviation (SD) and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient The results showed that 1. The study of organizational culture of Bangbowittayakhom School were at a high level particularly in Sense of Community ( = 4.54), Caring ( = 4.17) and Diversity of Personnel ( = 4.09) respectively 2. Results of the learning organization of Bangbowittayakhom School were at a high level such as Personal Mastery ( = 4.15), Literacy Models ( = 4.05) and Systematic Thinking ( = 4.04) respectively 3. The correlation between organizational culture and learning organization commitment of Bangbowittayakhom School were positively interrelated (r = .88) at the .01 level of significance such as Trust (r = .80), Helpfulness (r = .79) and Sincerity (r = .78) respectively
