dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการปฏิบัติการ ด้านการกำกับตรวจสอบ และด้านการปรับปรุงพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ข้อมูลสภาพการดำเนินการนิเทศได้จากแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ส่วนของข้อมูลปัญหาการดำเนินการนิเทศแต่ละด้านได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถาม แบบเลือกตอบของครูผู้สอน จำนวน 771 คน จาก 50 โรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความถี่ และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนทั้ง 4 ด้าน สามารถดำเนินการได้ ในระดับมาก 2. ปัญหาการดำเนินการนิเทศที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ไม่มีคู่มือการนิเทศภายในให้ครูใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติ การดำเนินการนิเทศไม่เป็นไปตามปฏิทินที่กำหนด ครูไม่พร้อมรับการนิเทศ และเครื่องมือการประเมินผลการนิเทศขาดความเที่ยงตรงและไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับของครู

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study aimed at studying the states and problems of four aspects of school internal supervision, consisted of planning, operating, evaluating, and improving for development of schools. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area XVIII. Data of the state derived from Rating-Scale questionnaire, while data of the problems had been drawn from the checklist questionnaire, responded by 771 school teachers. Statistical device used for data analysis and presentation were mean, standard deviation, Frequency and percentage. The main finding were as follows. 1. The current states of school internal supervision had been rated at good practice. 2. The significant problems of school internal supervision were followed: there were not supervision criteria and manual for teachers, supervision did not follow the schedules, teachers were not ready for supervision, the evaluation process was not reliable, and data of evaluation did not accept by the teachers.
