dc.description.abstract	การพยาบาลที่เน้นครอบครัวเป็นศูนย์กลางมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตเพื่อให้สมาชิกครอบครัวสามารถเข้าถึงการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โดยได้ร่วมดูแลบุคคลอันเป็นที่รัก อย่างสมศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นมนุษย์ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบเปรียบเทียบครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและการได้รับการตอบสนองการดูแลของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ระยะสุดท้าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบสะดวก เป็นสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิกฤตระยะสุดท้าย ที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่หอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลชลบุรี จำนวน 82 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่าง เดือนพฤษภาคม ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความต้องการ และการได้รับการตอบสนองของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิกฤตระยะสุดท้าย ซึ่งผู้วิจัยประยุกต์ใช้ ตามแนวคิดความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวของ Molter มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .89 และ.96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างไม่เป็นอิสระ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความต้องการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 149.22, SD = 7.97) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 131.40, SD = 17.28) ความต้องการการดูแลของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิกฤตระยะสุดท้าย สูงกว่าการได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t= 7.98, p< .001, t= 7.038, p< .001, t= 8.829, p< .001 และ t= 4.466, p< .001 ตามลำดับ) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลในหน่วยงานวิกฤตควรประเมินความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิกฤตระยะสุดท้าย เพื่อให้การพยาบาลตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของครอบครัวได้อย่างเหมาะสม

dc.description.abstractalternative	The nursing-focused family-centeredcare is particularly crucial. Especially in the critical Intensive Care Unit (ICU), it is to closer the family members in involving caring for the terminally critically ill patients. This is to care participation for the dignity of a human being. The purpose of this comparative descriptive research was to examine family members’ needs and the need responses of caring of family members for terminally critically ill patients. A purposive sampling was used to recruit a sample of 82 family members of terminally critically ill patients in Chon Buri Hospital. Data were carried out from May to October2016. Research instruments included a demographic questionnaire, theneeds and the need responses questionnaires which were developed based on the family’s need concept of Molter. Their reliability were .89 and .96, respectively. Descriptive statistics and paired t-test were used to analyze the data. The results revealed that the overall need score was at the high level (M = 149.22, SD = 7.59) and the overall need responses score was also at the high level (M = 131.40, SD = 17.28). The overall need of family members of terminally critically ill patients was significantly higher than the overall need response (t= 7.978, p< .001, t= 7.038, p< .001, t= 8.829, p< .001and t= 4.466, p< .001, respectively). These findings suggest that nurses in the critical ICUs should assess needs of family members in order to appropriately provide nursing care respond to their needs.
