dc.description.abstract	ภาพลักษณ์ของพยาบาลเป็นการรับรู้ของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะในการปฏิบัติงาน การแสดงออกและผลงานของพยาบาลตามประสบการณ์ตรงและทางอ้อม ซึ่งส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาลการศึกษาแบบบรรยายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สายวิทยาศาสตร์-คณิตศาสตร์เปรียบเทียบและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพกับข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 315 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนเป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 สายวิทยาศาสตร์-คณิตศาสตร์ ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/ 2559 โรงเรียนมธัยมปลายในภาคตะวันออกเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2559 เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบสอบถามภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากัย .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพโดยรวมเท่ากัย 4.10 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5.00 (SD = .85) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน ด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านรูปร่างและคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (M = 4.38, SD = .72) ด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านค่าตอบแทน (M = 3.96, SD = .96) นักเรียนที่ศึกษาชั้นปีที่ต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพที่แตกต่างกัน (F = 4.18, p< .05) และนักเรียนที่ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร เกี่ยวกัยพยาบาลมาก มีการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพที่เหมาะสมมาก (r= .26, p< .001) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพและผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล สามารถนำผลการวิจัยนี้ไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลวิชาชีพ พยาบาลรวมทั้งการส่งเสริมและรักษาไว้ซึ่งภาพลักษณ์พยาบาลเชิงวิชาชีพที่เหมาะสม และเพื่อส่งผลต่อทัศนคติทางบวกของนักเรียนมัธยมปลายสายวิทยาศาสตร์-คณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับการเลือกศึกษาต่อในสาขาวิชาชีพการพยาบาล

dc.description.abstractalternative	The image of a professional nurse is a perception of a person about characteristics of practice, expression and work outcomes pertaining to both actual and indirect experiences. This directly affects the nursing profession development. This descriptive study aimed to examine the image of professional nurse as perceived by high-school students with majors in sciences-mathematics, compare and test relationships between the perception of image of the professional nurse and the students’ demographic data. The multi-stage random sampling was used to recruit a sample of 315 students who were studying in Mathayomsuksa 4-6 with major in sciences-mathematics in academic year of 1/2016 in secondary schools of the Eastern region. Data collection was carried out in November 2016. Research instruments included a demographic questionnaire and the questionnaire of professional nurse’s image. Its reliability was .96. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results revealed that the total mean score of perception of a professional nurse’s image was 4.10 with a full score of 5 (SD = .85). When considering the 7 subscales, the highest mean score was a subscale of figure and personal characteristics (M = 4.38, SD = .72), and the lowest mean score was a subscale of income earning (M = 3.96, SD = .96). There was a significant difference of perception of the professional nurse’s image among students with different years of study (F = 4.18, p< .05). The students who received more information about nurses had perceived more appropriated professional nurse’s image (r= .26, p< .001). These findings indicate that professional and administrative nurses could obtain the study outcomes to apply as a fundamental data in management for the development of the professional nurse’s image, as well as promotion and maintenance of appropriated the professional nurse’s image. Consequently, positively attitude among high-school students with a major in sciences-mathematics for their future study selection in the nursing profession would be obtained
