dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ ที่เอื้อประโยชน์แนวการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวแบบยั่งยืนของชาดหาดบางแสน 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน บริเวณพื้นที่ชาดหาดบางแสน 3) เพื่อศึกษาจุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค (SWOT Analysis) ชายหาดบางแสน 4) เพื่อนํามาเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ บริเวณพื้นที่ชายหาดบางแสน วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก มุ่งศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมายในงานวิจัย คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ 4 คน ภาคเอกชนหรือผู้ประกอบการ 4 คน นักท่องเที่ยว 4 คน และบุคคลในชุมชน 4 คน ผลการวิจัย ชายหาดบางแสน จุดแข็ง คือ ผู้บริหารมีวิทัศน์สนับสนุน, ประเพณีที่มีเอกลักษณ์, ทําเลที่ตั้งมีความเหมาะสม, มีเส้นทางคมนาคมสะดวกจุดอ่อน คือ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เสื่อมโทรม, การประชาสัมพันธ์ด้านการสร้างจิตสํานึกยังไม่เพียงพอ, รายได้ยังไม่สามารถกระจายได้ อย่างทั่วถึง, ขาดบุคลากรเฉพาะด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและวิทยาศาตร์-ชีววิทยาโอกาส คือ ความนิยมด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ, โอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของชุมชนท้องถิ่น อุปสรรค คือ ปัญหาขยะพัดเข้าฝั่ง , ไม่มีอํานาจด้านกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อม, ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจถดถอย ปัญหาต้นทุนสินค้าและค่าครองชีพสูง, นโยบายของภาครัฐบาลขาดความต่อเนื่องและนํามาเสนอ แนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ บริเวณพื้นที่ชายหาดบางแสน คือ กลยุทธ์เชิงรุก (SO Strategy) ได้แก่ จัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์, กิจกรรมสืบสานประเพณี วัฒนธรรม และสินค้าท้องถิ่น, ส่งเสริมให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ, จัดเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวเพื่อศึกษาธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมกลยุทธ์เชิงแก้ไข (WO Strategy) ปรับปรุงทรัพยากรที่เสื่อมโทรม, จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวยั่งยืน, จัดกิจกรรมเชิงอนุรักษ์ที่ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์, ศูนย์พัฒนาและจําหน่ายสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์ของชุมชน, จัดหาบุคลากรด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมกลยุทธ์เชิงป้องกัน (ST Strategy) คือ วิจัยแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาขยะพัดเข้าฝั่ง, หาแนวทางความร่วมมือกับผู้มีอํานาจด้านกฎหมาย, กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวยั่งยืนที่นักท่องเที่ยวมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งอวดล้อมกลยุทธ์เชิงรับ (WT Strategy) คือ แนวทางความร่วมมือกับพื้นที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง, รณรงค์ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาขยะ, มหกรรมแสดงศิลปะพื้นบ้านและสินค้าท้องถิ่น

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study attempts 1) to study characteristics of eco-tourism facilitating a developing guideline to sustainable tourism of Bangsean beach; 2) to study a a developing guideline to sustainable tourism of Bangsean beach; 3) to study strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) analysis in Bangsean beach; and 4) to propose a guideline to develop Bangsaen beach to sustainable tourism. This qualitative study collected the data from in-depth interviews. The target groups of subjects included four government sectors, four private sectors/ entrepreneurs, four tourists, and four residents in the area. The findings reveal that the strengths of Bangsean beach was executives having encouraging visions, unique tradition, appropriate location, convenient transportation whilst the weaknesses included deteriorated resources, insufficient public relation on building consciousness, non-dispersed income, no personnel with the expertise on environment management and science-biology. In addition, opportunities found in this study were the popularity in eco-tourism and the opportunity to develop potentials of local people whereas the threats included the waste returning to the coast, no authority in environmental law, problems of economic regression of product cost and high cost of living, non-constant government policy. These findings were then proposed as a guideline to develop eco-tourism in Bangsean beach as follows: Aggressive strategy (SO Strategy) included arrangement of ecotourism activity, activities to inherit tradition, culture, and local products, promotion of ecotourism resources, arrangement of the route for ecoand culture-tourism. For Turnaround strategy (WO Strategy), it was suggested that there should be the improvement for deteriorated resources, public relation about sustainable tourism, the arrangement for community to participate for their own benefit, the center for development and distribution of local products, the arrangement for environmental management whereas it was suggested in Defensive strategy (ST Strategy) that there should be a prevention guideline too manage with the waste returning to the coast, a guideline to seek for collaboration from authority in environmental law, sustainable tourism activities that tourists participated in preservation of natural resources and environment. Lastly, Retrenchment strategy (WT Strategy), it was suggested that a guideline to find collaboration from related areas, a campaign to provide the knowledge on waste problems, exhibitions for local arts and products.
