| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง “การประเมินหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินี กรมทหารราบที่ 21 รักษาพระองค์” โดยใช้การประเมินตามรูปแบบ CIPP model ซึ่งประกอบด้ายปัจจัย 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต ซึ่งประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือ ตั้งแต่รุ่นที่ 15 ถึงรุ่นที่ 20 จำนวน 208 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินีมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับการประเมินหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริบท เป็นอันดับ 1 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านผลผลิต ลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น 2. ผู้ที่ผานการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินีมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมด้านบริบทในระดับมาก 3. ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินีมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมปัจจัยเบื้องต้นในระดับมาก 4. ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินีมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมด้านกระบวนการในระดับมาก 5. ผู้ที่ผ่านการฝึกหลักสูตรทหารเสือราชินีมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมด้านผลผลิตในระดับมาก | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study was conducted to evaluate the curriculum specifically designed for Thai soldiers/ queen’s musketeers for 21st infantry regiment queen’s guard. based on CIPP Model. To be specific, this model comprises 4 components, including context, input, process, and output. The population participating in this study was 208 people who had attended the training based on the curriculum designed for soldiers in batches 15-20 and had passed it. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The results were as follows: 1. Those who had passed this curriculum viewed that it was appropriate at a high level.in terms of its context. 2. Those who had passed this curriculum viewed that it was appropriate at a high level.in terms of its input. 3. Those who had passed this curriculum viewed thatit was appropriate at a high level.in terms of its process. 4. Those who had passed this curriculum viewed that it was appropriate at a high level in terms of its output. | |
