การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและศึกษาแนวโน้มงานวิจัยของนิสิตหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบันฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่เข้าศึกษาปีการศึกษา 2540 – 2544 ประชากรของการศึกษาเป็นงานเอกสารงานวิจัยที่พิมพ์เผยแพร่และสามารถค้นหาต้นฉบับได้ในปี พ.ศ. 2541 – 2545 จำนวน 675 ฉบับ ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาเนื้อหาจากเอกสารงานวิจัยทุกฉบับ กรอบแนวความคิดในการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา กำหนดขึ้นตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยจากแผนแม่บทการวิจัยทางรัฐศาสตร์และการบริหารรัฐกิจ พ.ศ. 2544-2548 ของวิทยาลัยการบริหารรัฐกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือความถี่ ร้อยละ และหาค่าความชัน (slope) จากสมการเส้นตรง
ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้
1.เนื้อหางานวิจัยทั้งสาขาการบริหารทั่วไปและสาขานโยบายสาธารณะ วิเคราะห์ตามวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาองค์กรความรู้ทางด้านรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มีลักษณะเดียวกันคือ วัตถุประสงค์ด้านอื่นๆ มีจำนวนเนื้อหามากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ตอบสนองการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของภาคตะวันออก และการแก้ไขผลกระทบจากการพัฒนาภาคตะวันออกที่ผ่านมา งานวิจัยที่มีจำนวนน้อยที่สุดแต่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง คือการสร้างความวัมพันธ์อันดีกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในแถบอินโดจีน
2.แนวโน้มเนื้อหางานวิจัยทั้งสาขาบริหารทั่วไปและสาขานโยบายสาธารณะวิเคราะห์ตามวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ทางด้านรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ในภาพรวมพบว่ามีแนวโน้มมากขึ้นทุกวัตถุประสงค์โดยที่ วัตถุประสงค์ด้านอื่นๆ มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ตอบสนองการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของภาคตะวันออก และการแก้ไขผลกระทบจากการพัฒนาภาคตะวันออกที่ผ่านมา งานวิจัยที่มีจำนวนเนื้อหาที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นน้อยที่สุด คือการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านในแถบอินโดจีน |

The purposes of this study were to analyze and search for the future trend of research contents required for the Master Degree Program students enrolled during 1997 – 2001 at Burapha University. The population were 675 student’s research reports disseminated during 1998 – 2002. All reports analyzed under Research Master Plan for year 2001 – 2005 addressed by Graduate School of Public Administration,Burapha University. Frequency, percentage and linear slope were employed for the analysis of data.
The results were as follow :
1.The research contents by objective of both Public Administration Program in public policy and general management were found in common. First was for general purposes, the second was to support eastern area sustainable development policy, and the third was to rectify impacts of eastern development, and lest but not least was to make better relationship among the lndo-China countries.
2.The trend of the research contents by objective were in positive direction. The ranked increasing on slope values were for general purposes, supporting the eastern area sustainable development policy, the rectifying on negative impacts of eastern development, and making better relationship among lndo-China countries. |
