dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่องการสร้างชุดการสอนรายวิชาเทคนิคการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการสร้างเครื่องมือสำหรับการวิจัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างชุดการสอนรายวิชาเทคนิคการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการสร้างเครื่องมือสำหรับการวิจัยที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างชุดการสอนสำหรับครูเป็นต้นแบบจำนวน 5 ชุด นำไปทดลองใช้ครั้งแรกกับผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคล นำผลการทดลองใช้ปรับปรุงชุดการสอนเป็นต้นแบบ นำชุดการสอนที่ปรับปรุงแล้วไปทดลองกับผู้เรียนกลุ่มย่อย นำผลการทดลองไปปรับปรุงชุดการสอนดังกล่าวอีกครั้งหนึ่ง นำชุดการสอนที่ปรับปรุงครั้งสุดท้ายไปทดลองใช้เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพกับนิสิตปริญญาโทที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา เทคนิคการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการสร้างเครื่องมือสำหรับการวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 15 คน ใช้เวลาในการทดลองหาประสิทธิภาพรวม 28 คาบ สัปดาห์ละ 2 คาบ รวม 14 สัปดาห์ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า ชุดการสอนที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเฉลี่ย 86.74/86.67 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of the study was to develop packages in Course Data Collection Techniques and Research tool Construction with the efficiency criterion of 80/80. The research developed 5 prototype packages. The packages were tried out with students individually. The data collected during the trials was used for revising the packages. Then the packages were tried out again with small groups of students. The data from the small group trials were used for the final revision of the packages. Finally the researcher tried out the efficiency standard with 15 graduate students at Burapha University. The try out lasted two hours a week for fourteen weeks. The results of data analysis showed that the developed packages have an efficiency rate of 86.74/86.67 which is higher than the set criterion of 80/80 standard.	en
