dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาปัจจัยทีมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์การป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียงดังของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเครือสหพัฒน์ อ.ศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจเพื่อศึกษา ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติที่มีต่อการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและการศึกษาสภาพการทำงานของผู้ปฏิบัติงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม รวมทั้งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่าง ๆ กับการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายจากเสียง โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ในเขตสวนอุตสาหกรรมเครือสหพัฒน์และต้องมีการปฏิบัติงานที่ต้องสัมผัสกับระดับความดังของเสียงเกินกว่า 80 เดซิเบล (เอ) จำนวน 370 คน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ปฏิบัติงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 61.9 และหญิงร้อยละ 38.1 มีอายุระหว่าง 17-49 ปี และมีการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่า ร้อยละ 36.0 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระยะเวลาของการทำงานนานมาแล้วเฉลี่ย 4.62 ปี และมีระยะเวลาทำงานเฉลี่ยในแต่ละวัน 8.27 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งต้องมีการสัมผัสเสียงดังในแต่ละวัน 7.46 ชั่วโมง มีการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูในขณะทำงานทุกครั้ง ร้อยละ 41.4 ใช้เป็นบางครั้ง ร้อยล่ะ 31.4 และไม่ใช้ร้อยละ 27.3 เฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้ไม่ใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูในขณะปฏิบัติงานให้เหตุผลไม่ใช้ คือใช้แล้วอึดอัด รำคาญพูดคุยไม่รู้เรื่อง หรือเกิดอาการแพ้ เจ็บหู ถึงร้อยละ 52.5 และที่ใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู ส่วนมากเป็นที่อุดหู ร้อยละ84.0 ที่ใช้เพราะกลัวอันตรายที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับหู ถึงร้อยละ 95.5 และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ พบว่า มีการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูตลอดเวลาที่มีการสัมผัสเสียงดังในโรงงานเพียงร้อยละ 67.3 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายหู ร้อยละ 82.9 ของผู้ที่มีการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู สำหรับในเรื่องการอบรม พบว่า ร้อยละ 44.6 เคยได้รับการอบรมเรื่องอันตรายและการป้องกันอันตรายอันเนื่องจากเสียง และพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู ได้แก่ เพศ กลุ่มอายุ รายได้ต่อเดือน การได้รับการอบรมเรื่องอันตรายและการป้องกันอันตรายเนื่องมาจากเสียง การอบรมการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู การมีข้อกำหนดหรือระเบียบข้อบังคับให้กับพนักงานใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู การจัดบริการตรวจสมรรถภาพการสได้ยินเสียงของพนักงานประจำปีและการมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู และจากการศึกษานี้มีข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรมีการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบหรือหาความสัมพันธ์และ/หรือการศึกษาหารูปแบบการทำนายระหว่างการสูญเสียการได้ยินที่เกิดจากเสียงในการทำงานกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหู และควรมีการศึกษารูปแบบหรือวิธีการที่จะทำให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ทำงานสัมผัสเสียงดังมีการยอมรับการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ควรศึกษาวิจัยหารูปแบบหรือหลักสูตรสำหรับการเผยแพร่ความรู้ถึงอันตรายของเสียงและการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูเพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้เกิดความตระหนักเห็นความสำคัญและได้ใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันหูอย่างถูกต้องยิ่งขึ้น	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study on factors affecting workers practice for the use of hearing protective divice in Industrial Graden Sahaphat,Amphur Sriracha,Chonburi Provice is the approaches for studying, gaining knowledge,understanding,visualization and the practice of employing hearing protective adevice in the industrial plant. This study is inclusive of the condition of the working place and various factors relating to the utillization of hearing protective device by collecting all data from the workers at the industrial plants in Industrial Garden Sahaphat. The data collected from them in based on these who have to contact the loudness of noise over 80 (A) from 370 workers by interviewing. The result of this study revealed that 61.9 percent of the workers are male and 38.1 percent are female and the rager of their ages are from 17 - 49 years old. Their educational background are elementary school and /or lower which is equal to 36.0 percent and their average working period are 4.62 years having average daily working hour at 8.27 hours. Their averger contacting the loudness of noise is 7.46 hours. Their practice in using the hearing protective device during their working is 41.4 percent,using for sometime 31.4 percent and never use it 27.3 percent. The reasons for not using the said device from the non usurs are oppression,annoyance,obstruction of hearing,allergy and the pain in the ears equalling 52.5 percent. They usually use ear plug for protecting their which is eequal to 84.0 percent and 95.5 percent of them are fear of the danger to their ears, and it was found out that only 67.3 percent of then use the hearing protective device all the time during their working in the plant 82.9 percent of them take good care of the said device 44.6 percent of the workers used to have a training course regarding the effects of hearing and the protection against the loud noise and it was also found out that the factors related to the use of hearing protective device are sex, age,monthly income and the course of training in regard to the danger, the protction from noise and the training for the use of the device. Rules and all regulations must be set up by the employers for their employees regarding the hearing protective device, the yearly checking of the ability for hearing and the knowledge and understanding in the use of the said devices. From this study we have the following recommendation There should be a comparative study or find out relationship and /or the study of the format for the estimation between the loss of hearing form the noise during their work with the use of hearing protective device. There should also be a study of the format or the procedure in order to have an acceptance from the workers in the use of the said devices. In addition to the above recommendation we should study to find out ways and means or set up a training course disclosing the danger from noise and the use of hearing protective devices in let the workers to realize the importance in the use of the above mentioned devices more effectively.	en
