การพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตร อำเภอบางคล้า จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

dc.description.abstract	บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 15 คน และการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้วิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า จำนวน 1 แห่ง เป็นกรณี ศึกษา และใช้การตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้จากการลงพื้นที่ภาคสนาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า มีดังนี้ ศักยภาพที่มาจากจุดแข็งของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศักยภาพด้านความร่วมมือกันอย่างเข้มแข็งของสมาชิกและมีการกำหนดโครงสร้างอย่างชัดเจน 2) ความได้เปรียบทางวัตถุดิบที่หลากหลาย คุณภาพดีและต้นทุนต่ำทำให้มีศักยภาพด้านต้นทุนการผลิตที่ต่ำ 3) แรงงานที่มีอย่างเพียงพอค่าแรงต่ำ และส่วนใหญ่มาจากคนในชุมชน 4) ศักยภาพด้านการขนส่งสินค้า เนื่องจากแหล่งที่ขายในจังหวัดมีหลายแห่ง หรือการขนส่งแบบทางขนส่งก็มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็วและ 5) ศักยภาพด้านความเชี่ยวชาญและทักษะในการผลิตสินค้า ทำให้ความสามารถผลิตสินค้าได้จำนวนมากต่อวันในขณะที่ศักยภาพที่มาจากโอกาสของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากจำนวนผู้บริโภคที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากขึ้นจากการจัดตั้งเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก 2) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ 3) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากความช่วยเหลือในด้านเงินทุนจากภาคเอกชน 4) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากระบบโลจิสติกส์ที่สะดวกสบาย 5) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากความสนใจของผู้บริโภคที่รักสุขภาพ และ 6) ศักยภาพที่เกิดจากการประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องที่รวดเร็ว ส่วนปัญหาที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ วิสาหกิจชุมชน 2) ด้านการวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของวิสาหกิจชุมชน 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชน 4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ 5) ด้านการกำหนดโครงสร้างของวิสาหกิจชุมชนแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปผลผลิตเกษตรอำเภอบางคล้า ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการจัดทำบัญชีรายรับรายจ่าย 2) ด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ 3) ด้านการปรับปรุงร้านค้าออนไลน์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายและ 4) ด้านการหาตลาดในชุมชนหรือจังหวัดเพิ่มเติมเพื่อช่องทางการตลาด	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This article is aimed to 1) study the potential of agricultural product processing community enterprises in Bang Khla District and 2) study the guidelines for developing the potential of agricultural product processing community enterprises in Bang Khla District. The researcher used a qualitative research methodology by focus group discussion with 15 experts and participatory action research (PAR) to study agricultural product processing community enterprise of Bang Khla District and use content analysis to review and analysis qualitatively analyze data from surveyed. The results showed that the potential of community enterprises for agricultural product processing in Bang Khla District are as follows: The potential that comes from the strengths of community enterprises consists of 1) the potential of members in community enterprises to have strong cooperation structure and defined clear policy. 2) Diversified raw material advantages, good quality and low cost are the potential for low production costs. 3) Sufficient labor, low wages, and most of them come from people in the community. 4) Transport potential because there are many sources that sell in the province and transportation is convenient and fast and 5) the potential for expertise and skills in product manufacturing enabling the ability to produce a large number of products per day. While the potential that comes from the opportunities of community enterprises consists of 1) Potential arising from the increasing number of consumers from the establishment of the EEC era. 2) Potential arising from assistance from government agencies related to community enterprises. 3) Potential arising from private capital assistance in the EEC era. 4) The potential of transportation and logistics is more convenient and cheaper. 5) Potential arising from the interest of health-conscious consumers because there is a product that does not contain preservatives and flavor enhancers and 6) the potential arising from the coordination of relevant agencies that are more convenient and faster. Problems affecting the potential development of agricultural product processing community enterprises in Bang Khla District consist of 5 aspects as follows: 1) Community Enterprise Management. 2) Analysis of the potential of community enterprises. 3) Promotion and product potential development of community enterprises. 4) Participation of community enterprises and 5) Determining the structure of community enterprises. The guidelines for developing the potential of agricultural product processing community enterprises in Bang Khla District consist of internal factors consists of 1) well prepare accounting of income and expenses. 2) Product and packaging development. 3) Improving online stores of community enterprises to increase distribution channels and 4) finding additional markets in communities or provinces for increase distribution channels.	th_TH
