dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาและความต้องการด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตในเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก (EEC) 2. เพื่อพัฒนากรอบสมรรถนะหลักด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อรองรับเขตพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจภาคตะวันออก (EEC) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการ 10 อุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) ในจังหวัดชลบุรี ระยอง และฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 400 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่มีโครงสร้าง โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ .952 สถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การฟังภาษาอังกฤษมีปัญหามาก การอ่านพูด อ่าน และเขียนมีปัญหาปานกลาง สมรรถนะหลักโลจิสติกส์ที่ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความต้องการมากอยู่ในเกณฑ์ CEFR ระดับ C1 ได้แก่ การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ คณิตศาสตร์สถิติและการคิดวิเคราะห์ กฎหมายและกฎระเบียบโลจิสติกส์ การค้าอิเลคทรอนิคส์ เศรษฐศาสตร์การขนส่ง และระบบข้อมูลโลจิสติกส์ ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความต้องการค่อนข้างมากในเกณฑ์ CEFR ระดับ B2 ด้านวิชาการ 5 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ การดำเนินงานและเศรษฐศาสตร์องค์กร พื้นฐานการจัดการวัสดุ ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การสื่อสารด้วยภาพและด้วยวาจา และความรู้พื้นฐานด้านโซ่อุปทาน ด้านคุณลักษณะทักษะโลจิสติกส์ 5 ลำดับแรกคือ การวางแผนทรัพยากร การจัดการกระจาย การบริหารการขนส่ง และการจัดการการส่งสินค้า การวางแผนการผลิต โลจิสติกส์ระหว่างรูปแบบการขนส่ง และการจัดการโซ่อุปทาน และพบว่ามีความต้องการระดับปานกลางในเกณฑ์ CEFR ระดับ B1 ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการการค้าปลีก ดังนั้นจากสมรรถนะหลักเหล่านี้สามารถสร้างเป็นกรอบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลักภาษาอังกฤษของบัณฑิตสาขาโลจิสติกส์ให้พร้อมที่จะทำงานให้กับผู้ใช้บัณฑิตใน EEC ได้	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The aims of the study were to investigate the English problem and needs in the EEC, and develop a core English competency frame of reference for logistics students to support EEC. The samples were 400 EEC employers in Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao. The instrument used was a questionnaire developed by the researcher which has the reliability of. 952. Data were analyzed by using the mean and standard deviation. The results of this study indicate that, the major problems of ability to use English in Logistics are listening as well as a moderate problem in speaking, reading and writing.The EEC’s employer most requires at the CEFR; C1 in the logistics core competencies following; Critical & Analytical Thinking, Math, Statistics, and Analytical Thinking, Logistics Law and Regulation, Electronic Commerce, Transportation Economics and Logistics Information System. While, high requires of CEFR; B2 in academic core competencies as follows, Operations and Enterprise Economics, Materials Management Fundamentals, Information Technology Fundamentals, Communication-Visual and Verbal and Supply Chain Fundamentals. While the logistics skills attribute core competencies in top 5 are Enterprise Resource Planning, Distribution Management, Transportation Management, Delivery Management, Production Planning, Intermodal and Logistics Supply Chain Management. Moderate, requires of CEFR B1 in Retailer Management. Therefore, these core competencies can be created as a framework for the development of English core competencies of logistics graduates to be ready to work for employers in EEC.	en
