dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่มีต่อสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาสารสนเทศศึกษา ในด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านความรู้ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบและด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ 2) เพื่อศึกษาจุดแข็ง และจุดอ่อนที่ควรพัฒนาในสมรรถนะทั้ง 5 ด้านของบัณฑิต การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้ใช้ บัณฑิตแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณจำนวน 123 คน 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงคุณภาพจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่มีต่อสมรรถนะทั้ง 5 ด้านของบัณฑิตฯ อยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน และ 2) จุดแข็งและจุดอ่อนที่ควรพัฒนาของบัณฑิตพบว่า จุดแข็งของบัณฑิตฯ เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ 1) สามารถเรียนรู้งานได้รวดเร็วและมีความสามารถในการปฎิบัติงาน 2) มีจิตบริการและมีน้ำใจ และ 3) มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องาน ส่วนจุดอ่อนที่ควรพัฒนาของบัณฑิตฯ เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ 1) ขาดทักษะทางภาษาอังกฤษ 2) ขาดภาวะผู้นำ และ 3) บัณฑิตบางส่วนขาดการควบคุมอารมณ์	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were: 1) to study employers’ satisfaction through five Thai qualifications framework for Higher Education, including ethics, moral and professional ethics, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, and numerical analysis, communication and information technology skills and; 2) to study the Information Studies graduates’ strengths and weaknesses. This research is a mixed method research. The samples were divided into two groups: 1) quantitative research sample group consisted of 123 employers and 2) qualitative research sample group consisted of 10 employers. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structure in-depth interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed by means and standard deviation, and content analysis was used for analyzing the qualitative data. The results were as follows: 1) employers’ satisfaction regarding ethical and moral, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, and numerical analysis, communication and information technology skills were at high level; and 2) the information Studies graduates’ strengths were: 1) able to learn fast and having a job specific skills; 2) having a service mind and generosity; and 3) having a positive attitude toward job.
