dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องสถานภาพระบบโครงสร้างองค์กรตามพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พ.ศ. 2550 ที่มีผลต่อธรรมาภิบาล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพ ระบบโครงสร้างองค์กรและการดำเนินงานของสภามหาวิทยาลัยตามพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พ.ศ. 2550 และเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและแก้ไขพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พ.ศ. 2550 ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ ประกาศ และส่วนอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการศึกษาวิจัยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงเอกสารจากรายงานการประชุมสภามหาวิทยาลัยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2551-พ.ศ. 2559 และวิเคราะห์สังเคราะห์กับงานเอกสารวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภามหาวิทยาลัย พบว่ามหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาต้องมีการปรับปรุงพระราชบัญญัติมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พ.ศ. 2550 ในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภามหาวิทยาลัย โดยเฉพาะองค์ประกอบและจำนวนของกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย ที่มาของนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยและกรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัย ที่ต้องให้ไม่เกิดผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนในทุกด้านระหว่างอธิการบดีกับสภามหาวิทยาลัย กรรมการสภามหาวิทยาลัยต้องคำนึงถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ในฐานะเป็นผู้การกำกับ ดูแลในการบริหารมหาวิทยาลัยบนพื้นฐานธรรมาภิบาล การบริหารสภามหาวิทยาลัยต้องคำนึงถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งสภามหาวิทยาลัยต้องมีระบบการประเมิน และติดตามตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานของสภามหาวิทยาลัยที่ทำให้เกิดการยอมรับ โปร่งใสและเชื่อถือทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย	th_TH
