dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมในวัดที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ พระสงฆ์สูงอายุดำเนินการวิจัยพื้นที่วัดที่คัดสรรในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์ สูงอายุ วัดแก้วน้อย อำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 11 รูป และวัดราษฎร์ศรัทธา (วัดท้าย ดอน) อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 10 รูป และผู้บริหารวัด จำนวน 2 คน เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลโดยการสำรวจลักษณะทางกายภาพของพื้นที่วัด การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารวัดและสอบถาม พระสงฆ์สูงอายุตามแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นที่มีคุณภาพในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และนำผลการวิเคราะห์ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมในวัด ที่เอื้อต่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพพระสงฆ์สูงอายุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พื้นที่ในบริเวณวัดแก้วน้อยและวัดราษฎร์ศรัทธา ที่พระสงฆ์ใช้งานมาก ที่สุด คือ บริเวณลานวัด ห้องน้ำ และวิหาร/ อุโบสถ และพื้นที่ที่ทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุมากที่สุด คือ ห้องน้ำ และลานวัด จากการสำรวจสภาพแวดล้อม พบว่า ห้องน้ำไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับ พระสงฆ์สูงอายุ ผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการ เช่น ไม่มีราวจับช่วยพยุงลุก ไม่มีทางลาดสำหรับรถเข็นผู้พิการ/ ผู้สูงอายุและจากการศึกษาปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า พระสงฆ์สูงอายุมีปัญหาการมองเห็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาการเคลื่อนไหว นั้น จึงได้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมภายในวัด บริเวณ ห้องน้ำ ทั้งวัดแก้วน้อยและวัดราษฎร์ศรัทธา ซึ่งได้คำนึงถึงพื้นที่ที่พระสงฆ์ใช้ในการปฎิบัติกิจวัตร ประจำวันและความเสี่ยงที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุมากที่สุด โดยปรับเปลี่ยนพื้นกระเบื้องห้องน้ำ ทางลาดสำหรับ ผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการ ราวจับในห้องน้ำ เปลี่ยนสุขภัณฑ์ให้เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งานของพระสงฆ์สูงอายุ และผู้สูงอายุ รวมถึงมีการพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ความรู้ต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของพระสงฆ์วัดแก้วน้อย และวัดราษฎร์ศรัทธา หลังเข้าร่วมการอบรมมีคะแนนสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมการอบรมทุกข้อ จากผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะว่า การพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในวัดที่เอื้อต่อการ สร้างเสริมสุขภาพพระสงฆ์สูงอายุ เพิ่มเติมในส่วนอื่น ๆ เช่น อุโบสถ ศาลาการเปรียญ ลานวัดและ ลานจอดรถ และควรมีการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในวัดในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ อีกทั้งในการปรับปรุงสิ่งแวดล้อมต่าง ๆ ควรให้ผู้สูงอายุได้มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการเนื่องจากผู้สูงอายุจะมีความเคยชินกับการใช้พื้นที่ ดังนั้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วอาจส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียดกับผู้สูงอายุได้ รวมถึงการออกแบบ และปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพให้เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการ ต้องคำนึงถึงความ ปลอดภัยเป็นหลัก	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to develop the temple environment for health promotion of elder monks selecting from the temple around Chonburi province. A sample was selected from 11 elder monks in Khao Noi Temple, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi province, and 10 elder monks and 2 temple administrators in Rat Sattha Temple (Tai Don Temple), Muaeng District, Chonburi province. The data was analyzed to be descriptive statistics by inspected the temple environment area, and interviewed the temple administrators and elder monks with qualified questionnaire. The findings indicate that the most usage area in Khao Noi Temple and Rat Sattha Temple (Tai Don Temple) is temple court, toilet, and Buddha image hall/ Ubosot. And the most accident area is toilet and temple court due to not providing any accommodation for Buddhist priests, elders, and defective such as handrails and decline. In the view of health study, the study defines that the major health problem is visualization and the second is the difficulty of movement. So the development area was done around the toilet area on both of Khao Noi Temple and Rat Sattha Temple (Tai Don Temple) by considering to the daily routine of monks and the most accident area. To change the toilet tier floor, build the decline for elders and defective, arrange the handrail in toilet, change the suitable sanitary ware for the elder monks and elders, and provide the training course to give the knowledge of suitable temple environment management for health promotion elder monks on both of Khao Noi Temple and Rat Sattha Temple (Tai Don Temple). After arranged the training course, the knowledge of participants concerning to suitable temple environment management for health promotion elder monks is advance. According to the suggestion of this study result, the additional development temple area for health promotion of elder monks is Ubosot, sermon hall in a monastery, temple court and parking area and expand the development to the other temples. In addition, the elders need to participate when develop the environment in order to become familiar with the development area, therefore, the rapid change may effect to the stress of elders. In addition, the design concept and development area for suitable with elders and defective must consider the safety first.	th_TH
