| dc.description.abstract | โครงการวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมของวัดในการรองรับสังคมสูงวัยจังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางการพัฒนาวัดฯ และ 3) เพื่อวางแผนพัฒนาวัดฯ ใช้วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 95 รูป/คน ได้มาด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจาก 11 อำเภอ และ 1 เขตปกครองพิเศษ โดยอำเภอ/เขตปกครองพิเศษละ 1 วัด รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์แทนการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่และค่าร้อยละพร้อมกับการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. วัดในจังหวัดชลบุรีมีความพร้อม 6 ด้าน คือ ที่/ลาดจอดรถ บันได/ทางเดิน ห้องน้ำ/สุขา เก้าอี้/ที่นั่ง/อาสนะ ป้ายธรรมะ/สัญลักษณ์ และอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด โดยเฉพาะป้ายธรรมะ/สัญลักษณ์อยู่ในระดับขาดแคลน จึงมีความต้องการพัฒนาในระดับมากที่สุด 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาวัด ควรมี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ใคร อะไร เมื่อไหร่ อย่างไร และจากไหน (งบ) ตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์การปฏิรูปกิจการพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ คำนึงถึงแนวคิดเมืองที่เป็นมิตรกับผู้สูงอายุ และการออกแบบเพื่อทุกคน 3. แผนพัฒนาวัด เป็นแผนระยะสั้นหรือแผนเร่งด่วน ที่ควรเริ่มดำเนินการภายใน 1 ปี สิ่งที่ควรพัฒนาเป็นอันดับแรก คือ ป้ายธรรมะ/สัญลักษณ์ ห้องน้ำ/สุขา และบันได/ทางเดิน ผู้มีส่วนร่วมที่สำคัญ คือ ประชาชน พระสงฆ์/วัด และผู้นำชุมชน ที่มาของงบโดยส่วนมากมาจากประชาชน หน่วยงานรัฐ และผู้นำชุมชน และสิ่งที่ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักมีส่วนร่วมได้มาก คือ กำลังกาย และการประชาสัมพันธ์ ทั้งนี้ สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ทุกรายการเพื่อดำเนินการให้ได้ภายใน 1 ปี หรืออย่างมากคือ 2-3 ปี หาไม่แล้ววัดอาจไม่สามารถรองรับสังคมสูงวัยได้อย่างทันท่วงที | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research project consisted of three objectives: 1) to study the readiness of monasteries in responding to the ageing society, Chonburi province 2) to find out the guideline of monasteries, and 3) to set up a development plan of monasteries. The research method was based on a qualitative technique. Ninety-five key informant were purposively selected from Chonburi province, 11 districts and 1 territory each for 1 monastery. The data were collected through the semi-structured in-depth interview and analyzed by frequency, percentage and content analysis. The results were found that: 1. Readiness with six factors i.e. car parking place/area, ladder/side walk, toilet/rest room, chair/seat, teaching billboard/sign, and other; the monasteries in Chonburi province were at the lowest level, then needed to be developed the most in particular the teaching billboard/sign. 2. Guideline should be composed of five parts i.e. who, what, when, how and where (budget), consented with the National Strategic Plan for Reforming Affairs of Buddhism, concerned with the Global Age-Friendly Cities: A Guide, and also the idea of Universal Design. 3. The development plan was the short term/urgent agenda which ought to be commenced within one year; the things to be developed were the teaching billboard/sign, toilet/rest room and ladder/sidewalk; the shareholders: lay devotees, Buddhist monks/Monasteries and community leaders; the budgets raisers: lay devotees, governmental sectors and community leaders; the physical participation and public information were the first two to be undertaken by the key informant. In addition, four factors were contextually flexible for proceeding to the right time, within one or at least few years, otherwise in order to respond to the ageing society, the monasteries would lag behind. | en |
