dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 195 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การรับรู้สิ่งสนับสนุนในชุมชน การได้รับสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่าง เดือนกันยายน ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2558 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียลผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 2.42, SD =0.45) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ การรับรู้สิ่งสนับสนุนในชุมชน และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ (r = .23, p < .01; r = .25, p < .001; r = .39, p < .001 ตามลำดับ) ส่วน เพศ อายุ และระดับความพิการไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรทางสาธารณสุขควรนำผลการวิจัย ไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนากิจกรรม หรือโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ และการส่งเสริมให้มีเรื่องการสนับสนุนในชุมชนและสังคมของคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to examine factors related to prevention of accident behaviors among people with mobility impairment in Bankhai district, Rayong province. A simple random sampling method was used to recruit 195 people with mobility impairment who met the inclusion criteria. Research instruments included questionnaires to capture data regarding a demographic data, perceived health status, perceived community facilities, social support, and prevention of accident behaviors. Data collection took place from September to October, 2015. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients and Point biserial correlation coefficient were employed to analyze the data. The results revealed that the prevention of accident behaviors of the sample was at a good level (M = 2.42, SD = 0.45). For correlation analysis, prevention of accident behaviors was positively correlated with perceived health status, perceived community facilities, and social support with statistical significance (r = .23, p < .01; r = .25, p < .001; r = .39, p < .001 respectively). Whereas prevention of accident behaviors was not significantly correlated with sex, age or disability level. The findings suggest that nurses and health professionals could apply these study results to develop projects or activities to enhance the perceived health status and to promote the community and social support among people with mobility impairment.	en
