dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน และเพื่อตรวจสอบรูปแบบสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม โดยศึกษาจากผู้ใช้ข้อมูลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบเจาะจง จำนวน 9 คน โรงเรียนยอดนิยม 3 แห่ง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสาร (Document Study) การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการบันทึกแบบภาคสนาม (Participant Observation and Field-Note) การสัมภาษณ์ระดับลึก (In-Depth Interview) การสัมภาษณ์กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Expert Interview) และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group Discussion) ผลการวิจัย พบว่ารูปแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานยอดนิยมในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ประกอบด้วยหลักสำคัญ 7 ประการ คือ การคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ การรอบรู้ส่วนตน การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม แบบแผนความคิด การเรียนรู้เป็นทีม บรรยากาศความไว้ใจและความร่วมมือ และ การพัฒนาวิชาชีพ แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีความสัมพันธ์ส่งต่อกันและกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่วนผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบความสามารถในการนำรูปแบบการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ไปสู่การปฏิบัติจริงในสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประเด็นที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ในระดับสูงสุด คือ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม การเรียนรู้เป็นทีม และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพ รองลงมา คือ การรอบรู้ส่วนตน และการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ส่วนประเด็นที่สามารถนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้ในระดับปานกลาง สูงสุด คือ บรรยากาศความไว้ใจและความร่วมมือ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to develop a learning organization model for the Outstanding Basic School in the upper northern part of Thailand and to confirm its learning organization model and school administration. This was a qualitative research with 9 key informants in 3 outstanding basic school. Data were collected by document study, participant observation and field-note, In-depth interview, and focus group discussion. The findings revealed that learning organization model for the Outstanding Basic School in the upper northern part of Thailand was composed of 7 significant principles as follows: system thinking, personal mastery vison, mental model, team learning, trusting and collaborative climate, and professional development. Each component related and affected each other continuously. In the aspect of confirming its model in the school administration, it was found in the high level in general view. The components that could be applied into practice at the high level were shared vison, team learning, and professional development. Trusting and collaborative climate could be applied into practice at the moderate level.	en
