dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ ของครูมืออาชีพ ในทัศนะของครูและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูคังไข แขวงเชียงขวางประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครูผู้สอน จำนวน 90 คน และนักศึกษาจำนวน 260 คน จำนวน 350 คนโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) และสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Sample-Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณ ค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกเท่ากับ .22-.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และ ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ สถิติทดสอบแบบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของครูมืออาชีพในทัศนะของครูและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูคังไข แขวงเชียงขวาง ประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยใน 3 ด้าน คือ ความเป็นกัลยาณมิตรกับเพื่อนครูและชุมชน คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล และศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของครูมืออาชีพ ในทัศนะของครูและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูคังไข แขวงเชียงขวาง ประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยรวมและรายด้าน คุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคล ศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้ และความเป็นกัลยาณมิตรกับเพื่อนครูและชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the real characteristics with the desirable characteristics of professional teachers in the opinions of teachers and students at KhangKhai Teacher Training College, XeingKhouang Province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, classified by each particular aspect. The sample consisted of 90 teachers and 260 students by stratified random sampling and sample random sampling. The instrument used for collecting the data was a five-level rating scale questionnaire of which the discrimination was .22-.93 and the reliability was .91. Statistics used for analyzing the data were mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results revealed as follows: 1. The real and desirable characteristics of professional teachers in the opinions of teachers and students at KhangKhai Teacher Training College, XiengKhouang Province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, both in general and in each particular aspect, were rated at a high level. The first three highest average scores of each aspect were: goodwill towards other fellow teachers and community, personality and ability to implement learner-centered instruction. 2. From the comparison, the real characteristics and desirable characteristics of professional teachers, in the opinions of teachers and students at KhangKhai Teacher Training College, XiengKhouang Province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, both in general and in each particular aspect, were found significantly different at the level of .05 .	en
