dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการ แขวงไชยะบุรี ตามทัศนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ขนาดของโรงเรียน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงไชยะบุรี จำนวน 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยล ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยวิธีของ เชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe test) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารการศึกษาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาแขวงไชยะบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่แขวงไชยะบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงไชยะบุรี ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ ทั้ง 9 ด้าน 4. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารของโรงเรียน สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงไชยะบุรี โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนโดยรวม จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา ขนาดของโรงเรียนและเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to examine the education administrators’ strategic management and school effectiveness under the Ministry of Education of Sayaboury Province. The Variables are sex, educational background, school size, education service area and school effectiveness. The study was 201 school administrators. The instrument used to collect the data was questionnaires using a 5 level scale which was about the administration’s strategic academic administrators, and about the effectiveness of school. The percentage, mean ( ), standard deviations (SD), one-way ANOVA, t-test and were used statistically for the data analysis. The statistically significant difference was found by using the Schaffer method and Pearson to product-moment correlation coefficient. The findings revealed as follows: 1. Strategic management of education administrators under of Education Department of Sayaboury Province totally is at a high level 2. School effectiveness totally is at a high level 3. Strategic management of education administrators and school effectiveness of the Education Department of Sayaboury Province according to the opinion of administration is related all nine aspects. 4. The comparison strategic management of education administrators of the Education Department of Sayaboury Province classified by sex, educational background, school size, and education service area totally is fall significantly different statistically at the .05 level 5.
