การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษา ตามแนวคิดภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเบส (Bass) ใน 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา การสร้างสัมพันธ์เป็นรายบุคคล การดลใจ และการใช้บารมี โดยใช้วิธีการอธิบายกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งหมด 21 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบประเมินงานวิจัยซึ่งงานวิจัยที่นำมาสังเคราะห์เป็นงานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ประเมินที่ 70 คะแนนขึ้นไป และแบบสรุปรายละเอียดงานวิจัยที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง เพื่อใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ของงานวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ
ผลการวิจัย
1. ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทางการศึกษาตามแนวคิด ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเบส (Bass) ทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบ โดบรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการดลใจ อยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ อยู่ในระดับรองลงมา ได้แก่ การใช้บารมี การสร้างสัมพันธ์เป็นรายบุคคล และการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา ตามลำดับ
2. เมื่อสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ พบว่า องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับประสิทธิผลขององค์การและการเป็นผู้บริหารมืออาชีพทุกองค์ประกอบ
This synthesis research aimed to examine Transformational Leadership in 4 factors rarely: Intellectual stimulation, Individual Consideration, Inspirational Motivation, and Charisma by Bass using Meta-Aanlysis. The sample was 21 theses passing 70 percent of the screening criteria of Quality assessment. The instrument for data collection was a Characteristic record sheet prepared by the researcher. The Statistical procedures used for data Analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation, and percentage.
The research findings were as follow:
1. The result of survey research revealed that Educational Leadership based on Transformational Leadership in the four factors were at a high level, in considering each factor: Inspirational Motivation eas the highest level; while other factors, Charisma, Individual Consideration, and Intellectual stimulation were found at lower levels.
2. The result of correlation research analysis revealed that Transformational leadership in the four factors were positive correlation on Organizational effectiveness and Professional administrators at high level. |
