ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นสถาบันบริการสารสนเทศที่มีศักยภาพและมีบทบาทสำคัญยิ่งในการพัฒนาสังคมสารสนเทศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการให้บริการสารสนเทศในด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น อันจะนำใปสู่การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้และคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่สังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน บทความนี้
มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำเสรอรูปแบบการจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย โดยสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับลักษณะและขอบเขตของสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเปรียบเทียบกับองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี วัตถุประสงค์ในการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยแล้ว รวมทั้งนำเสนอแนวคิดเชิงการบริหารองค์กรสมัยใหม่ในเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนการบริการเชิงรุกโดยเน้นวิธีการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อขยายช่องทางในการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น |

Academic libraries as the highly potential information service institutions have taken very important role in developing information society, especially information service regarding local wisdom, which leads to the development of learning process and quality of life in order to encourage the sustainable strength of Thai society. This article has its aim to present the management model of local wisdom information of academic libraries. Also includes are character and scope of local wisdom information comparing with technological and scientific knowledge, and the objectives of managing local wisdom information of academic libraries. This article also present the concept of modern organization management in tern of strategic management of local wisdom information as well as the proactive/outreach services emphasized on the application of public relations method for increasing access channels of local wisdom information |
