| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง “บทบาทสื่อมวลชนในยุค คสช.ในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยให้ประชาชนภาคตะวันออก” ผู้วิจัยศึกษาการรายงานข่าวสารของหนังสือพิมพ์ท้องถิ่นในภาคตะวันออก 4 ชื่อฉบับ และใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักที่เป็นสื่อมวลชนทั้งสื่อวิทยุกระจายเสียง โทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ เว็บไซต์ ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า ประเด็นแจ้งข่าวสารนั้นรายงาน 5 ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับหลักการประชาธิปไตย ประกอบด้วย อานาจอธิปไตยเป็นของปวงชน เสรีภาพ ความเสมอภาค กฎหมาย และเสียงข้างมาก ประเด็นการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ คสช.นั้นมีทั้งการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ในทิศทางสนับสนุนและคัดค้าน ส่วนประเด็นการแสดงบทบาทส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยให้ประชาชนนั้น ประกอบด้วยประเด็นย่อยคือ บทบาทรายงานข่าวสาร บทบาทเป็นสื่อกลางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างรัฐบาลไปยังประชาชน บทบาทเป็นสื่อกลางการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างประชาชนไปยังรัฐบาล บทบาท การวิพากษ์วิจารณ์รัฐบาล บทบาทการให้ความรู้ บทบาทการเปิดพื้นที่ให้ประชาชนร้องทุกข์ บทบาทการให้ความบันเทิงแก่ประชาชนในภาคตะวันออก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The study on roles of mass media and democracy promotion to people in the East of Thailand during National Council for Peace and Order’s Time aimed to research news reports from 4 regional newspapers in the East along with in-depth interviews with mainstream mass media for instance radio stations, televisions, newspapers, and websites. The study revealed that news was distributed in 5 major democratic issues included sovereignty, freedom, equality, laws, and majority. The media’s critiques of the National Council for Peach and Order’s performances came in supportive and negative directions. The media’s roles on democratic promotion consisted of a role of news reporters, role of a medium in communication between the government and its people, role of a medium in communication between the people to the government, role of political critics, role of knowledge providers, role of a channel for people to throw complaints or grievance, and role of entertainers for the people in the East | en |
