dc.description.abstract	การพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดสำหรับมวลชน (MOOC) เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ภาษาจีนในบริบทการทำงานของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาและคนทำงานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาษาจีนและระบบบการจัดการหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดสำหรับมวลชน (MOOC) ในบริบทการทำงานของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาและคนทำงานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) และเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถทางด้านภาษาจีนสำหรับการทำงานสู่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาษาจีนออนไลน์ระบบเปิดสำหรับมวลชน (MOOC) ในบริบทการทำงานของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา และคนทำงานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) ครั้งนี้มีการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาบริบทที่เกี่ยวกับสถานภาพ ความต้องการ ปัญหาความรู้ภาษาจีน และแนวทางการพัฒนาความรู้ภาษาจีนในบริบทการทำงานของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาและคนทำงานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก ระยะที่ 2 ทำการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฯ ระยะที่ 3 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิด (MOOC) โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 60 คน ระยะยะที่ 4 การประเป็นประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฯ โดยทำการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ทดลองบทเรียนมีต่อหลักสูตร และศึกษาควานคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารหรือตัวแทนหน่วยงานเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรจากการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ทดลองบทเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x = 4.37) ส่วนการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารหรือตัวแทนหน่วยงานนั้น ส่วนใหญ่มีคิดเห็นว่าหลักสูตรฯ มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของหน่วยงาน สื่อวิดีทัศน์มีความเหมาะสม การเข้าเรียนในระบบ BUU MOOC มีความสะดวก การเรีอนรู้ในหลักสูตรฯ สามารถพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านภาษาจีนให้กันได้ในด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถทางด้านภาษาจีนสำหรับการทำงานสู่เขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) จากการศึกษาจากผลการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า หลักสูตรสามารถช่วยพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะภาษาจีนได้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์งานวิจัย	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose for the study of "The Develcoment of Massive Open Orline Courseware for Chinese Languages Curriculum in Working Context of Vocational Colleges Students and Workers of Eastern Economic Corridor" is to develop a Chinese Language curriculum and Mass Open online Course Management system in the context of the vocational colleges students and workers of the Eastern Economic Corridor, and with the personnel develop of language skills, which for working in Eastern Economic Corridor. This research comprise four phases : Phase 1, Investigate the context of the status, needs, problems of Chinese language knowledge and guidelines for the development of Chinese language knowledges in the working context, who come from vocational college students and workers in the Eastern Economic Corridor. 2, Design and improve the curriculum. Phase 3, Follow up the curriculum with a sample group of 60 person from Vocational Colleges and Business establishments. Phase 4, Evaluate the effectiveness of the course by studying the satisfaction of the sample group, who tried the lesson towards the course and studying the opinions of administrators, or even the agency representatives regarding the course. The study found that the trial lesson participants had a high level of overall satisfaction with the course (x = 4.37). As for the Investigation about the opinions of administrators or agency representatives, most of them thought that the course was consistent with the needs of the agency, the video media was appropriate, the participation in the BUU MOOC system was convenient, and learning in the course could truly developed the learners' Chinese language skills. In terms of developing human resources with Chinese language skills for work in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a study of the results of the evaluation of learning achievement of the sample group found that the curriculum can help developing knowledge and Chinese language skills according the research objectives.	th_TH
