dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ (PLC) สำหรับนิสิตฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนโดยการประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินหลักสูตรของโพรวัส กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นิสิตฝึกปฏิบัติการสอน ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่เป็นอาสาสมัคร (volunteer sampling) จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ (PLC) จำนวน 12 ชั่วโมง มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ หลักการและที่มาของหลักสูตร วัตถุประสงค์ ตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ เนื้อหา ตารางกิจกรรม แผนการจัดกิจกรรม และการวัดและประเมินผล 2) แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ เรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ (PLC) เป็นข้อสอบปรนัยแบบเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 20 ข้อ และ 3) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ (PLC) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท (Likert) จำนวน 12 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ (Percentage) การหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) การหาค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยโดยอาศัยการแจกแจงที (One Sample t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินกระบวนการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม จากผลการประเมินวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม 6 ข้อ กำหนดเกณฑ์ผ่านร้อยละ 50 ผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการฝึกอบรมตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1,3,5, และ 6 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังการฝึกอบรมตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 2 และ 4 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และผลการศึกษาเจตคติต่อการฝึกอบรมเรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ ด้านกระบวนการ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ? = 4.73, SD = 0.44) 2.ผลการประเมินผลผลิตของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์หลักของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีเจตคติต่อการฝึกอบรมเรื่อง กระบวนการชุมชนการเรียนรู้วิชาชีพ ด้านผลที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (x ? = 4.82, SD = 0.41)	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the training program on Professional Learning Community (PLC) for student teachers by applying Provus’ Discrepancy Evaluation model. The sample group was 15 volunteer students practicing teaching of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University. The research instruments consisted of 1) a 12-hour training program on Professional Learning Community (PLC) for students teachers consisting of the following curriculum components; curriculum principles and background, objectives, indicators of success, content, activity schedule, activity plan, and measurement and evaluation, 2) The Achievement Test on Professional Learning Community (PLC) was a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 items, and 3) the attitude test towards the training program used Likert' 5 rating scales consisting of 12 items. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and One Sample t-test. The research results showed that; 1. The evaluation of the PLC training program for student teachers were consistent with the objectives of the training program. Six items on behavioral objectives of the training program were specified passing criteria at 50%, and the results of item no. 1,3,5 and 6 were higher than the statistical significance at the level of 0.05 while item no. 2 and 4 were higher than the statistical level without statistical significance. The study of attitude towards the PLC training program in terms of process were at very high level (𝑥̅= 4.73, SD = 0.44) 2.
