dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา อุปสรรคและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ สังกัดคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเตรียมการและการวางแผนผลิตผลงาน ด้านการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ด้านการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ ด้านการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ และด้านการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ คณาจารย์ที่ไม่มีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ จำนวน 47 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 49 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพความเป็นจริง ปัญหา และอุปสรรค ในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา พบว่าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนน ได้ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ด้านการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ ด้านเตรียมการและการวางแผนผลิตผลงาน ด้านการเผยแพร่และสร้างการยอมรับ และด้านการนำผลงานทางวิชาการ 2. แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา และอุปสรรคในการผลิตผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ มีดังนี้ 2.1 ด้านการเตรียมการและการวางแผนการผลิตผลงาน ได้แก่ หน่วยงานควรจัดแหล่งศึกษาค้นคว้าเพื่อการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ การให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่คณาจารย์ถึงหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ และการให้ความชัดเจนของนโยบายในการ สนับสนุนการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ 2.2 ด้านการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ได้แก่ หน่วยงานควรจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ การให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ และการให้ขวัญและแรงจูงใจในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ 2.3 ด้านการนำผลงานทางวิชาการไปใช้ ได้แก่ หน่วยงานควรสนับสนุนให้ใช้ผลงานทางวิชาการเป็นฐานในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน การให้การยอมรับต่อผลงานทางวิชาการ และการนำผลงานทางวิชาการออกไปเผยแพร่ให้หน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ไปใช้ 2.4 ด้านการเผยแพร่และสร้างการยอมรับ ได้แก่ การให้ความรู้แก่คณาจารย์ในการอธิบายและชี้แจงรายละเอียดในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ ผลงานทางวิชาการสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนของนิสิตได้ และการสร้างความมั่นใจในคุณภาพต่อผลงานทางวิชาการของคณาจารย์ 2.5 ด้านการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ ได้แก่ หน่วยงานควรกำหนดขั้นตอนการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการให้ชัดเจน การให้ความชัดเจนในการแนะนำปรับปรุงผลงานทางวิชาการ และลดกฎเกณฑ์ที่ยุ่งยากและซับซ้อนของการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ	th_TH

And to publish scholarly works out to other agencies to use. 2.4 The creation and dissemination of knowledge to accept the teachers to explain and clarify the details of publishing scholarly works.
