dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการเลือกเรียนวิชาเลือกเสรรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญาของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ นิสิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่เลือกเรียนในรายวิชาเลือกเสรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญา ในภาค การศึกษาต้นและปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2551 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็แบบสอบถาม ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (x̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการศึกษามีดังนี้ 1. แรงจูงใจที่ทำให้นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบรูพาเลือกเรียนในรายวิชาเลือกเสรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญา ในด้านเนื้อหาวิชาคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับมาก 2. แรงจูงใจที่ทำให้นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบรูพาเลือกเรียนในรายวิชาเลือกเสรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญา ในด้านผู้สอนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. แรงจูงใจที่ทำให้นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบรูพาเลือกเรียนในรายวิชาเลือกเสรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญา ในด้านความเข้าใจตนเองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. แรงจูงใจที่ทำให้นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบรูพาเลือกเรียนในรายวิชาเลือกเสรีของภาควิชาศาสนาและปรัชญา ในด้านมิตรสัมพันธ์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับน้อย	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study is to examine the motivation of students choosing to study elective subjects of the Department of Religion and Philosophy at Burapha University. The sample population is composed of those Burapha university students who choose to study elective subjects of the Department of Religion and Philosophy during first and second semesters of the 2008 academic year. The research is conducted through the use of purposive sampling, including a questionnaire, and data analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean (x̅), and standard deviation (SD). Research conclusions were as follows: 1. Student motivation in terms of subject matter revealed a high level of standard deviation. 2. Student motivation in terms of instructor revealed a high level standard deviation. 3. Student motivation in terms of self-actualization revealed a high level of standard deviation. 4. Student motivation in terms of peers/friendship revealed a low level of standard deviation.	th_TH
