Abstract:
จากการศึกษาเรื่องพลังงานลมเพื่อสร้างเครื่องมือวัดทิศทางลมและอุณหภูมินั้นมีวัตถุประสงค์คือเพื่อวัดและเก็บข้อมูลความเร็วลม ทิศทางลม และอุณหภูมิที่ระดับความสูง 10-15 เมตร และนำข้อมูลที่ได้ใช้เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการพัฒนาการผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าด้วยพลังงานลมต่อไป ในการจัดทำโครงงานนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วนด้วยกับคือ ส่วนที่ 1 ส่วนของอุปการณ์เครื่องมือวัด ประกอบด้วยชุดเครื่องมือวัดความเร็วลม ทิศทางลม และอุณหภูมิ เครื่องมือวัดความเร็วลมจะใช้แผ่นตรวจวัดความเร็วเป็นตัดสัญญาณออกมาในสัญญาณพัลส์ เครื่องมือวัดทิศทางลมใช้ตัวต้านปรับค่าได้ เป็นตัวส่งสัญญาณแรงดันไฟฟ้าออกมา และเครื่องมือวัดอุณหภูมิใช้เซนเซอร์วัดอุณหภูมิแบบดิจิตอลในการตรวจวัด แล้วส่งสัญญาณไปในส่วนที่ 2 คือ ส่วนประมวลผล ซึ่งคำนวนค่าออกมาเป็นความเร็วลม ทิศทางลม และอุณหภูมิ ค่าที่ได้นี้ส่วนหนึ่งจะถูกส่งผ่านไปในส่วนที่ 3 คือการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างชุดเครื่องมือวัดกับระบบการเก็บข้อมูลทางคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยการสื่อสารผ่านทางพอร์ตอนุกรมผ่านโปรแกรมเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งแสดงเป็นรูปแบบเวลาปัจจุบันบนเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ และส่วนสุดท้ายถูกเก็บไว้ในส่วนของบูเอชบีเฟลชไดร์ เพื่อเก็บเป็นข้อมูลสำรองเมื่อเครืองข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีปัญหา สำหรับการแสดงค่านั้นจะเปลี่ยนแปลงทุก ๆ 30 วินาที จากการทำโครงงานสรุปได้ว่าเครื่องมือวัดที่สร้างขึ้นมานั้นสามารถวัดค่าความเร็วลม ทิศทางลม และอุณหภูมิที่เป็นค่าที่ยอมรับได้โดยการสอบเทียบกับกรมอุตุนิยมวิทยา และทำให้ทราบถึงความเร็วลม ทิศทางลม และอุณหภูมิ บนดาดฟ้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ปัญหาที่พบในการทำโครงงานในครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนของการเขียนโปรแกรมเก็บข้อมูลลงใน ยูเอสบีเฟลชไดร์ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ผู้ทำโครงงานต้องเริ่มการศึกษาใหม่อีก
According to wind energy study is to develop an anemometer and a thermometer. The objective is to measure and collect a data of wind velocity, wind direction and temperature at level 10-15 meters and to use the wind data base management to produce the electricity by wind energy. There are 4 parts of the project. The first part is focused on hardware, is consisted of an anemometer set, an encoder (converting the signal to pulse signal), and a potentiometer (sensor). The digital DS1820 thermometer uses sensor to measure the temperature, send it to the second part. The second part is a processing unit and an evaluating program. The processor unit is evaluated wind velocity value, wind direction and temperature. The result is send to the third part. It is connected between the hardware and computer storage by communicating via serial port and Microsoft Visual Studio and then it is sent to storage data base. It is shown by AJAX application program which real time display on server web. The last part is stored in USB flash drive to be data storages when the problem of internet network is happened. Value displays are changed every 30 seconds. The results have shown the understanding of wind velocity, wind direction and temperature of Electrical engineering building deck. The problem have been found designing the USB flash drive storage program that a user have to re-study. However, the project pass criterion of Meteorological Department.
