การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กด้วยหลักวินัย 5 ประการของ Peter Senge 2) เปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จในเรื่องที่โรงเรียนเลือกพัฒนานักเรียน ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการทดลอง 3) เปรียบเทียบระดับการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนระหว่างก่อนและหลังทดลอง และ 4) สอบถามความพึงพอใจของคณะครูต่อรูปแบบการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กด้วยหลักวินัย 5 ประการของ Peter Senge
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้และปรับปรุง คือโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กระดับมัธยม และประถมศึกษา 2 แห่ง ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ถึงภาพเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบประเมินระดับระดับการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กด้วยหลักวินัย 5 ประการของ Peter Sen
ผลการวิจัย 1) ได้รูปแบบการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กด้วยหลักวินัย 5 ประการของ Peter senge มี 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่คณะครู ขั้นที่ 2 ร่วมกันสร้างสานวิสัยทัศน์และเรื่องที่โรงเรียนต้องการพัฒนานักเรียน ขั้นที่ 3 วิเคราะห์สาเหตุและปัจจัย ขั้นที่ 4 หาวิธีการแก้ไขและวิธีวัดและประเมินผล ขั้นที่ 5 ทดลองใช้วิธีการกับนักเรียน นำผลมาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ประเมินผล วิเคราะห์และ ปรับปรุงวิธีการ แล้วนำไปทดลองวนซ้ำจนได้ผลพึงพอใจ และขั้นที่ 6 เผยแพร่ผลงาน โดยอาศัยการขับเคลื่อน 4 ประการ คือ สร้างความตระหนัก การกำกับติดตามอย่างจริงจัง แรงจูงใจ และเงื่อนไข และกำนดเป็นนโยบาย ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับโรงเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 แห่ง พบว่าไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้ 2) ผลเปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จในเรื่องที่โรงเรียนเลือกพัฒนานักเรียน พบว่านักเรียนมีการพัฒนาสูงขึ้น 3) ผลเปรียบเทียบระดับการเป็นองค์การเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนทั้ง 2 แห่งก่อนและหลังทดลอง พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 4) คณะครูของโรงเรียนทั้ง 2 แห่งมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กด้วยหลักวินัย 5 ประการของ Peter Senge ในระดับ "มาก" |

The objectives are 1) to develop the Model for Development of the small school to learning organization with Peter Sange's 5 Discipline, 2) to compare the achievement of the student improvement with the pre-test and the post-test, 3) to compare the learning organization level of the school with the post-test and the pre-test and 4) the satisfactions on the model with the questionnaires. The samples of the experiment and improvement of the model are the small secondary and primary schools on 2012-2013 academic year.
The outcome of this work is 1) the Model for Development the small school to learning organization with Peter Sange's 5 Discipline includes the 10 steps. Step1 giving a teacher to understand, step2 creating visions and selecting issues about the education development, step3 causes and factors analysis, step4 solving method development, step5 testing the method with students, exchange data and learning together, measurement and evaluation, Analysis and improvement, and step6 publication and distribution. While carry on these 6steps, it depends on 4 factors which are awareness, serious and contionous monitoring, motivation and condition and policy assignment. 2) the result of model with the chosen schools are not able to complete in all 6 stages due to the time limitation, there are different between pre-test and post-test in both of the achievement of the student improvement and the learning organization level in schools. The satisfaction of teachers on the model for development the small school to learning organization as Peter Sange's 5 Discipline is "good" |
